Generally clean. Decent breakfast. However WiFi went away two days into a nine-day stay and was never fixed, despite complaints. Too far from the city center. Lots of industry noise out the back of the building that went on into the night and started early, combined with an acrid smell.

I had been this place for 2 nights. Stayed on the 5th and 4th floors. Due to intensive bakery cooking smell in the morning, i had to ask change my room which they did immediately. Similar stuation is available on the 4th floor too. Elevetor also neeeds urgent maintennance. Those problems are reported to front desk.additionaly renovation is on going some part of the hotel. Rooms facing to rail road are too noisy due to speed train. And sooo on. I suggest to hotel manager start cleaning or replacing carpet in the elevator first which is in dirt and breakfast utensils were not cleaned very well. Cups on the rooms are partialy broken. Doors etc. Health amd safety and hygine issues. Typical moderate italian breakfast equal for the 2 star hotels.

I was booked into this hotel by a friend she said it was nice and close to her. I must admit l was apprehensive as it was a 3 Star hotel. This was all worry for nothing from the smiling face at check to getting to my room on the 5th floor. The room was large and breezy I was immediately impressed. The decor was pleasant and very appealing the wardrobe was big with a safe within and you could lock the wardrobe if you so wished. There was a mini fridge which was great as l had to store som medication. There was a place for my suitcase and a table below the bed. I was a bit concerned about the tv not being in English so l downloaded loads of stuff. This was not needed as the TV was a smart Tv and l was able to program a few station into English or Italian with English subtitles. There were a host of other languages to. The bathroom was a dream clean and sparkling with a fantastic shower. The was huge and comfortable and l slept well each night. Breakfast l missed it the first day as l woke up late this was possibly due to the comfortable bed. However l got a wake up call for the next morning. I was surprised at the quality and amount of food available. There was something for everyone there was some hot items also. The pancake machine was fab l was like a child making the pancakes. There were loads of meats and various cereals. Would l stay here again a big yes it was more than l could hope for. I didn’t get to use the gym but it was a nice gym. Don’t let the 3 star worry by my books it definitely deserves at a minimum 4 Stars.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Lovely Japanese sushi restaurant attached to the hotel and very nice Italian restaurant right behind the hotel adjacent to the parking lot. A very short walk down the road is another nice Italian restaurant (Al Lido); all of these at good prices.

I went back to hotel Santin after some years and I was not disappointed, indeed!! I found a freshly renovated Hotel with an astonishing design and high quality services. I moved for three weeks in the hotel with my Family for Christmas holidays. We were treated with a lot of care and we stayed in one of the new suites. Good choice among some Free pay per view channels, amazing breakfast, great room service and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. Paolo and the rest of the crew were always very kind and supportive. I hope to see you again Hotel Santin! 😀

Great place. Close to town centre. The only thing lacking is a bar. Staff great and professional!

There were lots of things advertised about this property that were not true. No fitness center No terrace No room service No restaurant bar/lounge
