우키노 테라스 알가르브 - 컨셉 호텔(Ukino Terrace Algarve Concept)

Hard one to review. Many pros but a lot of cons. So the pros : The rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped. A great location for the restaurants, beach and boat trips. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We were a family of four with breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was decent, more than enough selection. Pool area clean and spacious with a pool bar and changing room nearby. Sea view from our room over looking the play area, from the big balcony, was lovely. A great cafe serving very good snacks and drinks. The pastry's are amazing. Now the cons : Rooms can get very noisy depending who's your neighbour. The noise seems to echo constantly. Our bathroom smelled of cigarettes due to the extraction system. The whole layout seems wrong. The biggest issue by far is no bar area at night, no pool table etc. The restaurant is tucked away on the bottom corner. Overall a decent hotel but i've stayed in way better. As a family all inclusive i'd be very cautious. I met a couple on all inc and were not happy at all. This resort is better suited to adventures couples using it a base to explore the Algarve. Not dreadful, but we won't be returning.

a beautiful place to take a relaxed holiday. The staff was very friendly and cordial, the apartments were clean and very nice.

Lovely family holiday, very large 2 Bedroom apartment with lots of space & two bathrooms. Great balcony with spectacular views. Super friendly and helpful receptionist nothing to much trouble , we had a faulty kettle it was replaced with a couple of hours and they let us stay on it our room for a extra two hours on our last day at no extra costs . Room cleaned most days ..new towels every other day bedding changed at least twice in our 10 nights. Great self catering facilities. Sweet spot bar / cafe on site ..great little cafe / bar open late at night with entertainment most nights ..only thing they didn't offer any food options for Gluten free guests so we never ate there which was a shame as all the food looked amazing.so we only had drinks . Big intermarche supermarket 10 mins walk Worth a trip if self catering. We got BOLT taxis everywhere next to nothing money download the app taxi with you in a couple of minutes ... Family of 4 around 10 euros to slide and splash, 12 euros to Albuferia,4 Euros to amarco de Pera, 3.50 to supermarket etc... Eating out our children are gluten free due to coeliac disease..we found the Indian great and TASCA 26 Absolutely amazing .

Couldn't fault a thing, the room was clean and spacious, the pool was nice with a sea view, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant is a buffet with plenty selection and it varied day to day, there is a fun team that do activities with the kids (and adults,) they were all great and made a real difference. 5 minute walk to the beach and other nice walks/beaches slightly further. Some of the reviews on here almost put me off going, I'm glad I went and I'd go again, I had a really good time.

The apartments were spacious and staff lovely but the apartment opposite has spoiled it for us partying til 3am everyday keeping us awake, wouldn’t like to be accommodated above or below them, if it wasn’t for that it would be a higher rating. Food good and close to the beach

Just got back from an amazing stay at ukino. Hotel room was huge and clean Food was awesome with really clean and tidy restaurants. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely return. Shout out to reception team who sorted us out with late check out.

Excellent hotel Staying here as a family of 5 (2 adults 3kids age 11/7/5) STAFF - friendly - super helpfull ROOMS - clean - beds comfy - massive room with huge balconies - cleaned daily with fresh towels FOOD - excellent choice - hot fresh - changes everyday - something for everyone - staff very attentive clean the plates straight away - coffee great and drinks branded e.g Coca Cola/ sprite etc FACILITIES - kids club great - pool and kids pool fab and clean - bar great cocktails lovely (not the usual watered down stuff ) beer great - lovely beaches within 5 min walk - good selection of restaurants nearby - taxi cost 20 euro in to albufeira for night life Overall very happy with the hotel couldn’t of asked for anything more there is no evening entertainment but we wouldn’t use that anyway pool/playground/restaurant all close by 10/10

We had a lovely week staying here, quite quiet, just what you would expect at this time of year. The accommodation was spacious, light and very comfortable. The bed very much so. I have problems with my knees,so the only down side I found was that the stairs were an issue, no lift. The staff we found were very helpful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation particularly in February and early March

The apartments are very modern and impeccably cleaned. My first impression was well above what we expected. The apartment itself was fresh, new and absolutely spotless. We arrived late in the evening so were a bit confused as we found out that we needed to check in at the sister hotel around the corner, the staff on reception were welcoming and very helpful. We stayed one week and the apartment was the perfect base for exploring locally. We did struggle when cooking as the electric went off a few times but the reception team were on hand within 5 minutes along with a maintenance chap who sorted everything out and turned the hot water cylinder down, we had no further problems after that. The apartments are located a short walk from the beach and there are plenty of cliff hikes where you can just walk for hours! It takes about 1.5hours to walk to Benagil Cave and the Palm Beach restaurant is 40 minutes in the other direction and not to be missed, the food was outstanding! The intermarche was a 10 minute walk and had everything you needed. The children’s play park is available and the pool is a good size too, a little cold in February but we didn’t mind. We also booked a trip to Seville through reception, that was a good day out and our two children enjoyed some different scenery. My only gripe was the noise from other guests, I honestly felt that people didn’t care less, running up and down the corridor and jumping on beds. I understand that the reception would have dealt with this if we’d have asked but we only mentioned on leaving.All in all a brilliant half term trip at a very reasonable price!
