Not a good hotel to stay hospitality is not good power problem no food very bad experience i will not recommend

The room was clean, but the vegetarian food was below average. The price of direct booking much cheaper than through make my trip

Good rooms clean recommended room service on cash payment should be added in bill later every time pay cash not good.

Most important. Please do not confuse this place with hotel annamalai international, puducherry. This place is 17 kms from the main city and the main tourist attraction i. E. White town. There is no room service available. The staff is very rude and are told that the least important thing in the premises is the customer. Rooms are of good quality. Will avoid this place in future.

I booked this hotel at the last moment as it was an unplanned trip. Many hotel options were closed but i got this one and they charged per room per night. The hotel was out of city very far away and price which hotel people told us was shocking as there was no room service and other basic amenities.

There are many options for non vegetarian but not for vegetarians. Staff behaviour was rude. Room was not cleaned on second day.

It's too expensive, just a small room. Booked standard and deluxe room. Charges are huge. Not worth i would say.

Well maintained property, best food at restaurant and good bar services. Will visit again surely. Staff is also cooperative and having great manners

Rude behaviour of staff. No proper parking as advertised. Pub on top floor, please expect loud noise. Smelly mattress and the entire room smells disgusting. Avoid this hotel.
