이시 바이 트리보 - 레드 로터스 헤리티지 위스 로드사이드 뷰(Itsy by Treebo - Red Lotus Heritage Promenade Beach)

I Stayed at this in the month of March on the occassion of my 1st anniversary. Room was spacious however there were not enough amenities in the room for the price I paid. I only booked this hotel because it was a pet friendly hotel. Wifi was not connecting I struggled almost an hour to connect TV . Only good thing about the hotel is that staff is helpful & hospitable.

Hotel is just in a centre, walking distance to the Promenade, Rock beach and white town. They served decent breakfast. Staff is helpful too. This hotel good for families and friends. All over our experienced was good.

We stayed for one week and had the opportunity to visit French town and restaurants on one side and Tamil quarters, markets and garment stores in the other directions. Surprisingly, it is quiet at night! Rooms and beds are large. ***y shops around.

I like the stay here, Its right in centre of the city and the staff is very helpful., Rooms are kept clean and maintained, Breakfast is amazing. You don't need to scout outside as the breakfast is amazing . If Parking can be arranged then this is a very good option

It was a very good experience and clean. The location is also ver apt. It's amidst the market and from here most of the attractions are easy to visit. However, some basic bathroom amenities should be there. Breakfast option should be more.

Staffs were the best. Best service and timely response. When I vacated at night, the reception guy went far and gotten me the Auto to the bus stop. Good place to stay even in summer. Breakfast also was good.

Great place to stay. The staffs are really helpful. They were always available to help out with anything. Room was clean and spacious. Parking place available infront of the hotel.absolutely worth the money. They will also help you with arranging a cab from Pondicherry to Chennai. Would definitely recommend this place

Stayed on 24th Dec 2022 for 1 night with family. Pros( not ***y) 1. Staff behaviour and that is all. 2. Wifi worked well. 3. Location Cons: 1. The room was not at all well maintained and it was full of mosquitoes. 2. I was upset that after charging 10k per night we get 1 bottle water worth 20 rupees and cant have another. 3. No toiletries were given. We had to ask for it. 4. Poor quality and dirty towels given. We had to literally explain what is a clean towel. Replacements were given but the same condition prevailed. 5. The bed was terrible and two single beds were joined to make a double bed. 6. The tables were granite tables which cannot be moved. 7. There was only 1 tube and 1 table lamp which was not enough lighting. No night lamps provided. 8. The entrance and exit corridor was way too narrow and difficult to move. This info should have been provided on the website. 9. There was no lift and high stairs. Another missing info. 10. Bathroom has no tap in bath area. 11. Bucket and mug were dirty, we did not even get replacements. 12. The bathroom ambience was of poor taste with a very small basin and if you put some water using bucket while bathing, the water comes out into the room. 13. The side table was wobbly and unusable. 14. There was no cabinets, wardrobes or lockers provided in the room. 15. Breakfast had a poor menu and just average taste. I can continue on and on.... I paid 10k for a room which was not more than 1k in value. I feel cheated and looted. Information was deliberately not provided on the website and misleading images are given to attract customers. When raised concern with Treebo support, they treated me like a beggar and wanted to refund 500 rupees. Never booking any hotels with Treebo.
