19 빌라 미라(19 Villa Mira)

It is a Heritage Boutique hotel situated in the streets of white town. Proximity to beach and all shops are just at walking distance and It was perfect for a family stay. It is not like a hotel but rather more like a homestay. Service by the staff is very nice. Property and room itself has got a homely feel attached to it. Perfect place to stay with family.

We stayed at this homely villa on 28th Jan. Location is superb with the flavour of White Town and the famous Promenade beach at a stone's throw. Deluxe room with balcony in which we stayed was a bit small but cosy with decors of antique life. Washroom was also small but cosy. The dining area was adjacent to our room which they allow to use for cooking or keeping food items in the freezer. So the a**osphere was very homely for us. The villa does not have restaurant but arranges good breakfast. Now one thing is to mention here. The cab which they arranged for us to Mahabalipuram de***ded Rs. 3500 instead of Rs.3000 upon our arrival to Mahabalipuram. Such cab owner should not be encouraged by Villa Mira authorities.

Great place to stay. Comfortable bed. Only problem was Night ***ager was asleep at 00:15 and it took 20 minutes to wake him / gain entry to the property (which also raises the risk of slow exit from property in case of emergency).

Great experience. Very friendly and warm staff. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and overall a very pleasant experience. The location is also very good and close to restaurants, temples, beach etc. Highly recommended over any hotel experience.

This facility is centrally located, best suited for bag packers, near to beaches, French colony and good eateries. We stayed here recently, was a decent experience, a safe place being in a Residential colony. ***ager Rajnikanth was highly obliging for our early check in and late check out requests. The breakfast was very homely and the rooms though were cozy but clean enough. We had a pleasant and a safe stay here, we'll always recommend for those who visit Pondy.

Writing this review while in the property itself, the property is located at a stone's through distance from the promenade beach, with glimpses of the sea from the balcony. The interior is decorated to a perfection, with wooden furniture and decor. The property provided us with a common kitchen which immensely helped us in cooking our baby daughter's meal ourselves. The staff was extra sweet to even allow access to the fridge microwave and mixer. The home cooked breakfast was very tasty. Tip: from what I saw, the rooms without Balcony is a bit bigger, and nicer as compared to the ones with balcony where we stayed, but it's not a complaint though.

It's a small cozy homestay in white town. Apart from being budget friendly as compared to the other hotels closeby, it is very comfortable with very nice rooms. The staff is very nice and the ambience is very homely. Awesome breakfast . Felt so much at home.

This is a very good property. It is near the promenade beach, in the white town. This is the most happening place in Pondicherry. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel. The staff is very supportive and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms of the hotel are a bit small in size. The complimentary breakfast is provided by hotel which includes south Indian delicacies like Idly, Wada etc. They also try to meet any special request.

19 Villa Mira is a quaint no frills hotel with a lot of warmth and affection. This is a abode for those who are looking for a hotel where the people bring a lot of warmth with them. I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr Rajnikanth who oversees the operations a very warm smiling person who goes out of his way to make you comfortable. Mr Muthu is another caring person who looks after the other needs of yours and Uma Madam in charge of Housekeeping. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr Sekharaiya who is the advisor to the group.
