코스타 호텔(Costa Hotel)

나폴리 여행을 위해 발굴 명소와 기차역까지 도보로 이동할 수 있는 중심 위치에 있기를 바라며 4박을 (온라인) 예약했습니다. 첫날 밤 이후에 체크아웃했습니다. 호텔 주변 지역은 으스스하고 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 이동할 수 있는 방법은 자동차 외에는 없습니다. 방은 괜찮았지만 욕실에서 악취가 났는데 아마도 하수구에서 나오는 연기로 인해 발생한 것 같습니다. 아침 조식은 이탈리아 호텔 수준에 한참 못 미치는 수준이었습니다. 투박하고 오래된 인스턴트 머신으로 만든 수준 이하의 커피. 페이스트리와 다양한 아침 식사 품목은 품질과 양면에서 상당히 실망스러웠습니다. 그 장소는 전혀 편안함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 우리는 추가로 3박을 환불받을 수 없었습니다. 우리는 *******를 통해 예약했기 때문에 들었습니다. 직원은 괜찮았습니다. 우리는 아말피 해안 방문을 계속하기 위해 Vietri에서 아름다운 장소를 찾았습니다.

헤드보드 뒤에 침대 옆 탁자가 있는 미세한 싱글과 밤새 잠을 이루지 못하는 컴프레서 같은 소음. 매우 작은 욕실에는 트레이 없이 샤워실이 있지만 배수구는 바닥에 있습니다. 즉석 레스토랑 서비스

Just returned after a mini break in Pompeii. This hotel is a little gem. So clean and the staff are amazing. Gave us all the information we needed and sorted a taxi when we needed one. Our room was clean but a little noisy near the road (the other balcony room opposite would be a great choice) however after a long day of sight seeing this wasn’t an issue as fell asleep quickly. Breakfast was plentiful and the cappuccino were lovely. When we returned after a day out we would have a limoncello spritz before going up to bed. Beautiful view of Vesuvius from our balcony and the little dog is very cute. All the staff were very friendly and definitely make a stay at this hotel amazing. When we arrived we walked from Pompeii Scavi train station which took over an hour (google maps tried to take us down the highway and then we ended up on a road with a closed bridge) we then discovered Pioppanio station which only took 20 minutes to walk to from the hotel. Highly recommend using trains to get around they are very cheap and easy to navigate.

5- lovely, clean hotel with young friendly staff. They arranged a taxi for us on arrival (2300). Very informed about local matters. Our room was spacious with a terrace. Great view of the sleeping giant. We slept really well in the spacious bed. Fabulous plants in the ground floor gardens. They have a lift! The Breakfast room had a great and wide range of food. Vigilant attendant who was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Property is situated far from tourist attractions on a secluded, residential block. When we arrived to the property, there was a man standing in the driveway who screamed at and prevented us from entering. Since we had our infant in the car, we found this property’s location too unsafe for our family. The back of the hotel faces a very busy highway. I am confused as to how this is described as 4-star and will be much more cautious when booking future locations based on *******’s description alone.

Really lovely hotel. Staff were so helpful, suggesting places to visit, arranging taxis to various places. We felt like part of a family. Thank you to Carmen and to the couple who transpoted us around. Rooms are very clean and we had a terrace which was lovely to sit out on of an evening. Downstairs, there is a hotel terrace with comfortable seating, which was lovely. A pizza delivery was arranged for our last night, the hotel paid for that. I definitely recommend this hotel, they work really hard to make their guests comfortable.

the front desk attendant was very helpful in helping to direct us to the nearby historic sites and local attractions. Lovely property. Parking was on site and easy to manage. Breakfast included managed by charming and capable captain. I would stay there again if my travels bring me back to the area

We arrived at the Costa after having one of our cabin bags lost... honestly they can't do enough for you. Phone charging, arranging taxis the next morning for exactly where we needed to be (local shopping centre) to replace lost stuff.. taxis arranged there and back. We ate in the hotel and OMG that ravioli was amazing.. Next day husband got a cake a candle and an big happy Birthday from the staff.. he thought this was great btw to say hes a grumpy old man :) Next day we went to the ruins for his birthday.. the lady (owner? Sorry) and her lovely fella took us in their very cool Italian mini .. and collected us (husband loved this).. The young girl behind the desk is wonderful made loads of calls to find (still missing) case... thank you xx Oh and the little cute dog .. unfortunately speaks Italian so tends to ignore you if you call him in English:) Brilliant experience from start to finish thank you so much Lisa and Gavin :)
