A quiet family run small hotel, situated 5 minutes from beach. Staff very welcoming and helpful! Pleasant area to eat for breakfast ranging from continental to cooked breakfast. Rooms clean and a nice balcony to sit out on. Well recommended if you want a small friendly hotel.

Very satisfied! Reception open 24/7 nonstop. Friendly staff, clean room! Comfortable beds! Good breakfast! I missed firm soap in the bathroom. Did not feel comfortable to open new shampoo sack on every single hand washing. Anyway, nice balkony overlooking back road.

My elderly parents in law recently stayed in the Panorama. They are both in their eighties and need assistance. Miguel ensured they got a first floor apartment, let us know that they had arrived and checked in and also sorted out the printing of their boarding passes for their flight home. They had a wonderful time there and we were so happy to have a contact in the hotel who would keep an eye on them for us. It made a huge difference and we will be forever thankful.

Such a lovely family run hotel, lovely atmosphere, wonderful breakfast, good rooms (wish there was a small fridge for water). Bike room for storage, pool delightful. Staff are so friendly, please don’t change.

Due to the dire weather in the UK we booked here as a last minute getaway in the pursuit of sun and blue skies for a week of the children's summer holidays. We arrived just before 00:30 to find the "24 hour" reception closed with a list of tel numbers to call in the case of an emergency. One mobile was dead and the other couldn't connect so I walked to the neighbouring hotel who kindly called one of the numbers to alert staff that we had arrived. I was a little taken back after being greeted by a fairly abrupt male who aggressively pointed at the numbers displayed on the door telling me I should've called one of them. I attempted to explain that I had used the numbers but had to ask the neighbouring hotel due to our phone issues but he rudely spoke over me and walked us to our rooms. For the duration of our late "check in" we were made to feel like an inconvenience and went to bed that night feeling somewhat deflated. The next day we went to reception to have our passports scanned and pay the tourist tax and thankfully we were greeted by a much warmer, more professional lady in reception who took the time to explain the area and its amenities. Our apartment was 1a and opened directly onto the pool area which was convenient for us as a couple with an 8 year who loves the pool. The room itself was clean but small and not very functional. The main bedroom was small and very cramped. We were unable to push our single beds together due to a pillar in between the beds running from floor to ceiling. The one single bed stopped the door from being able to close which meant having to move the bed to only realise the headboard was bolted to the wall so didn't move with the bed. Sockets are not well thought out with one in the kitchen meaning if you wanted to plug the kettle or toaster in you could only do so by having them placed on the hob! Similarly with the iron, you could only iron on the floor as there were no sockets near the table in order for you to place the table top board on to. Maid service and towel change once in 7 days which I've never known in all my years of travel. Not a huge deal on the cleaning front as we were able to get by with what we had but we did struggle for clean towels. There is zero sound proofing so you can hear EVERYTHING in the neighbouring rooms/apartments. A good powerful shower which is always bonus though these showers did have a mind of their own with changing pressure and temperatures. This was confirmed by other guests but still not a huge deal for us but may be an issue for children as they tended to go from hot to boiling on their own. The kitchen provided enough for you to whip up a quick snack and included a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and fridge freezer. The apartment also included a good hairdryer and iron with table top ironing board, though as previously mentioned nowhere at table top height to plug it in. This is a 3 star hotel, so of course my review is based on that. Rooms are quite big, and excellent balcony. Had a room facing west with afternoon and evening sun which was nice. Family run hotel and staff are super helpful and make sure guests are feeling at home. Breakfast is excellent, location brilliant. Got much more than I expected 😃 looking forward to be back soon.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely,clean informal hotel close to the beach with good bars and restaurants nearby. The family run hotel was perfect for us and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was cleaned and bed made every day , towels replaced and when I mentioned the aircon not working it was fixed straight away. The breakfast had a good choice of continental, fresh bread,cereals,fruit and omelettes on request( which were scrummy) We loved the clean well sized pool and used it daily. We will not hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel again.

6th visit to this hotel now and never disappoints... although dwarfed by the neighbouring hotel the don Miguel offers a very friendly atmosphere..always willing to go out of their way to help and just so friendly...I will again highly recommend this place and thanks for the warm welcome again..we will c u again next may

This is our second visit to the hotel and this time we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed, plenty of room and our apartment over looked the pool on the opposite side of the road. There was no problems at all getting a seat next to the pool at any time and we was there for 2 weeks. The bar isn't open but plenty of places to go for food and drink and the little minimarket holds lots of stock. The bar will be open again next year its just like everywhere this year is not the same as other years. The family are so lovely and will do everything they can for you should you need anything. Cant wait to return again..
