손 브룰 호텔 & 스파(Son Brull Hotel & Spa)

What can I say, I can't fault this hotel one bit. It was everything and more. My partner and I were torn over booking Son Brull and another hotel on the island and we are so glad we made this choice. I would happily stay there every time we visit Mallorca. The hotel itself is stunning, set in front of a mountain surrounded by orange trees and olive groves. The room was beautiful (we were upgraded as the hotel wasn't full) and it had a free standing bath and a huge bed. You can even choose your bed linen of preference from a menu - the ultimate luxury! The breakfast was excellent and had both a buffet and a menu to order hot food. We had dinner in their 365 restaurant on one of the evenings and it was a memorable experience. If you can't stay at the hotel then I would at least recommend booking a special dinner there. Lots of the ingredients come from their farm or from producers very local to the hotel. We had a massage in the spa which was the most relaxing experience. One of the best parts was the activities they provide, we used the electric bikes everyday and explored lots of nearby areas which you can ride to on pretty back roads. This made the holiday so much more enjoyable than just taking a car everywhere. The free yoga class was great and taught by a very good teacher. We didn't end up planning tennis but will do next time. You can also book a tour of the bee hives and olive groves which we will also do next time. The staff are extremely helpful and do everything they can to make your experience as relaxing as possible. Nothing feels too much. When you leave they give you a jar homemade orange marmalade to take home. It felt like they had thought of everything. I can't wait to go back!

This was our second visit to Son Brull and once again we found a hotel ready to welcome us. The staff are helpful and understanding without being intrusive. We had a slight issue with our room which was resolved with the minimum of fuss and totally to our satisfaction. We enjoyed walking in the surrounding area up into the valley and also into Pollensa along quiet roads and byways. The beach in Formentor, which is so worth a visit, is close by and at this time of year you have it mostly to yourself. The hotel spa meanwhile is a perfect spot to avoid any bad weather We ate every evening in the hotel, the 365 tasting menu was memorable and the Bistro offered excellent choices. All in all a hotel that is well worth a visit.

It was the perfect 5 days-stay. The hotel is very quite and relaxing, the staff is more than warm, friendly and familiar. Every wish one might have, it gets fullfilled. The surrounding is precious, the food excellent, the home made wines outstanding. I have been in Mallorca since ages and this is by far, the nicest hotel experience ever! Thank you all, I will be coming back!

What a fantastic experience. Great tasting menu and wine pairing in superb surrounds. I eat meat and fish but my partner is vegetarian. They were able to accommodate us both. The food was just perfect, tables spaced out nicely and lovely building and finishing touches. Would most definitely recommend for a special memorable evening

Brilliant service, fantastic food, great location and ambiance… a real gastronomic experience with real thought of the wine pairings.. .. for us veggies it was a real treat to have such a wonderful menu selection.. highly recommend a visit!

Once open a time an explicit experience. It still a nice place but totally overpriced an the room and infrastructure need a total overhaul. Food in the bistro and service was poor. Breakfast was ok. Staff in reception very nice.

We've stayed at a few of the top hotels in Mallorca and decided we didn't need the sea this time, so opted for Son Brull. So glad we did. For us it was a much needed 'recovery' break and we felt immediately cocooned on arrival. Staff were super-professional with an added warmth not always present at other hotels. Spa treatments were second to none and the women therapists all excellent and genuinely caring. Food is excellent with terrific quality ingredients and highly nutritious. We can't wait to go back.

Tolle Lage, abseits des Trubels, Oase der Entspannung. Wunderschön restauriertes Kloster, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Großzügige, gepflegte und saubere Zimmer, tolle Betten, sehr sauberes Bad mit allem was benötigt wird. Zweimal täglich Zimmerservice, kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Wunderbare, äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, die die Werte des Hotels vertreten und den Aufenthalt im Hotel in höchstem Maße erholsam und entspannt machen. Es wird auf Nachhaltigkeit und Qualität gesetzt, dies ist in allen Bereichen des Hotels zu erkennen. Frühstück perfekt, tolle Auswahl, insbesondere auch warme Gerichte à la carte bestellbar. Bistro gut, Restaurant 365 sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Schöner beheizter Pool, auch im März schon schön nutzbar. Wenn man ein Detail kritisieren möchte, dann einzig dass die Wetterseite des Hotels, auf die man vom Pool aus sieht einen neuen Anstrich vertragen könnte. Alles in allem ein hervorragendes Hotel, in dem wir einen traumhaften Urlaub verleben durften und uns in 11 Tagen maximal erholen konnten. Vielen Dank nochmal den aufmerksamen, stets zuvorkommenden und unaufdringlichen Mitarbeitern, die die Seele des Hotels darstellen und den Aufenthalt einzigartig machen. Tolles Konzept, wir waren zu 100% zufrieden und überzeugt und werden sicher bei Gelegenheit zurückkehren.

Having just returned form 5 nights at Son Brull feel it appropriate to write a review. I last stayed at the hotel some 15-17 years ago for one evening but always promised myself I would return when visiting Mallorca. We have spent an extended time (6 weeks) in Europe mainly in Athens, Greek Islands and Mainland Spain so a final 5 days of this trip would need to be something very relaxing before turning to. The hurly burly world of living in Central London so booked Son Brull for my partner and I (his first visit to Mallorca) . The decision could not have been better. From our welcome checkin, valet parking of car to final checkout the staff made us feel so valued and relaxed - nothing (and I mean nothing) was too much trouble for them. All the staff were exemplary examples of the very best un customer service . After an initial 2 nights in room 31 where we enjoyed our private hot tub we moved to room 21 - room 21 really is sublime and perfect for us. The private terrace is like an additional room and one we made full use of enjoying early morning coffee to after supper night caps. This rural retreat is abuses perfect, we meet some amazing fellow guy sets who now have become friends, all the meals served were amazing - we loved both 365 and Bistro; the pool area has to be one of the best in the world - so peaceful despite the best efforts of a group booing of overly loud American cyclists who prefer to shout rather than talk/whisper to each other (that was our one complaint of our stay -all us British guests felt they spoiled the tranquility and peaceful surrounding of the pool and bar !). All staff were amazing, from wonderful laundry service, room cleaned to exacting standards, bar service and restaurant service blew us away. Two members of staff stood out for us (Carlos and Kati in restaurant/bar) really went the extra mile in making our stay extra memorable and as such they are one of the main reasons we are so reader to return even thou all the staff we came into contact with were amazing (and we 100% mean that). Son Brull you are a real delight and it’s easy to see why all the fellow British and German guests we came into contact with were regular repeat customers.
