I will start with good things: Great location, 10/10, staff 9/10 nice guys there are all of them young but good service! There is also a parking place for free! Bad things: Where do i start? Yes i will start with the room, terrible there are insects everywhere, not cleaned up and the bathroom is old dated the place where you do the shower is broken and not clean, room not ventilated! There is no hot water, we had a baby that needed a shower but there is no water so we kept her 3 days without a shower! Going on with the breakfast, the plates and the glasses are all dirty we found several plates that probably where only cleaned and not washed the same thing with the glasses they smelled and where dirty everywhere, so the food maybe be good but the rest is horrible, another thing the breakfast is the same every day the same! Then the dinner where quite good but they have only big portions of fish like 0.5 KG if you want less is not possible and compared with the local other Resorant's is more expensive but this is not the point i’m not here for saying good things for others! The room price for the service you receive is 5/10 so if you to throw you money go there! Kiss

Problems after problems with the room. Rooms are not ventilated or they keep switching off their ventilation system. Clean but yet toilet and shower are blocked form previous people hair. The staff was nice and try to find a solution but in the end it ****** out all the energies and destroy our so long waited vacation.

I liked this hotel. Perfect view, very clean rooms. nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was worthy. Breakfast super. Really good hotel for a small place like pogradec. Car parking available. Correct staff,i suggest it

Placed down to Lake Ovrid with a baclony facing the water for great views. Large spacious room. Limited breakfast selection

Hotel ok,but need to improve on overall condition.

I had to change three rooms. First one was unclean, dirty towels and with things left from the previous people. Second room, heating didn’t work. Third room there were hair everywhere on and around the sink, no WiFi, not enough heat and warm water, and they asked me to pay more because the room was more than the one I had booked which was dirty and uncleaned. This was a terrible experience right after another u pleasant one at a restaurant in the same town. Pogradec is degrading quickly. Poor service in all hotels and restaurants. If you want an advice don’t stop there not even for a coffee, especially in winter (they don’t have adequate heat and warm water). Go to the other town Korça which is totally different story.

The staff is rude. There is room service. The room phone doesn't work. They have cut the pand line, even though the phone machine is inside. The room fridge is empty. They entered the room without knocking the door while we were sleeping inside.

Nice stay. Great location.
