포드고리차 Muller 근처 호텔

My partner and I book for 1 night , whilst Ona road trip in Montenegro. We booked a larger room than normal as it was coming to the end of our trip and we wanted comfort. The receptionist checked us in and within minutes was at our room explaining about the water marks on ceiling in bathroom. We ask what was wrong, she said a maintenance man would be up to sort it. We left room , returned late evening and slept. Woke running water sound, bathroom floor was soaking, no electricity working in bathroom. We used towels to clean up mess. It was early hour of morning when again we clean up water . Pretty dangerous, wet tiled floor. We were checking out early next day, again when we woke we got bathed with this water dripping constantly. On leaving we ask to speak to someone, the girl on desk said she was aware of the problem and someone would be fixing it today, not much good to us. We ask to speak to manager, she said there wasn’t one on duty. And gave us an email address to complain. Arriving home we emailed and the reply offered us a free night stay when visiting again, or a meal when in Podgorica. The chances of that happening this year are slim. So if they knew the room was inadequate why book us in? And if they are offering us a room free, why not just refund us? No helpful customer service at all, Clearly they aren’t aware that there are better hotels for the same price in the area, as we stayed at at the beginning of our trip. I can give the names if readers are interested. We are not normally complainers, and have traveled a lot. But this was just down right dangerous and a lack of customer care.

What an amazing hotel. It took me a long time to narrow down which hotel to book for a birthday trip to Podgorica. I decided on Signum Hotel Podgorica and it lived up to my expectations! Even before my arrival, the staff was absolutely willing to do whatever they could to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I requested a room with a balcony and arrived to find I had been given an upgrade to a two room suite with balcony. It was beautifully appointed with wonderful furniture, an amazing color pallet and decor, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I loved the walk in shower and the high quality Ritual bath products were a real treat. The hotel did not skip a step on the overall details with room darkening curtains, extra large smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, expresso machine, well-stocked mini bar, cozy robe and slippers and strong, stable wifi signal. I booked my stay with partial board (breakfast and dinner). Smart move. Not only did I start each day with a great and varied breakfast offering, I looked forward to the unique regional selections offered on the dinner menu. Dinner was some of the most delicious foods and so well prepared and presented. I took advantage of the hotel's steam room and sauna and they were wonderful. Although I didn't use it as much as I planned, Signum Hotel has one of the best fitness centers I have ever seen at a hotel. It is fully equipped with cardio equipment and various strength training machines and weights. The hotel offers free parking and is actually not too far from the center of the city. I walked there and back one day and it only took about 20 minutes each way. Even a taxi to the center is less than 4 euros/each way. If all of the above didn't create an unbelievable hotel experience, the icing on the cake is the professional staff. Everyone from the front desk personnel, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were of the standard expected of a property of this caliber. They were fantastic and made for an enjoyable stay. They even went as far as to present a nice desert cake to me on my birthday. Wonderful property and amazing staff that created a very memorable stay.

The best hotel in Podgorica by far! Our stay was impeccable both times we stayed here, this by far the best value fir ypur money, amd so much more. The staff is very kind and attentive, our receptionist Dijana was very helpful with all of our extra requests, she handles everything with ease and big smile. Mrs. Sladjana, our chef is one of those person you never forget, she gives the place a home-like vibe, her big smile early in the morning and her delicious breakfast will make you feel you never want to leave the place, great cook and even greater person,thank you for everything. The room is actualy one bedroom apartment with kitchen and teracce, fully equipped for long term stay, really exceeded our expectations Also u have good parking place, an inside pool,sauna and small gym, everything is very well put toghether in the excellent location, quiet and safe neighborhood. We would highly recommend Perla to everyone!❤
