세탁 서비스는 매우 비전문적입니다. 여전히 젖고, 냄새나고, 주름져 있습니다. 제 조언은 이 호텔에서 잔다면 세탁하지 않는 것입니다.

Pilsner Urquell 양조장 바로 건너편에 있는 이 호텔은 가격 대비 좋은 가치를 제공합니다. 와이파이만 잘 되었으면 하는 바램입니다.

Clean and large room. Staffs were kind and happy with the location.

Enjoyed my brief stay here. The hotel is very central and everything is pretty much within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable - although the bed sheets were disappointing as was the shower which had a mind of its own. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly throughout the hotel.

The hotel is overall a very nice place. Breakfast menu is really rich, rooms are clean. We were on executive floor, but I don’t really see the difference it probably should’ve made. What I personally saw as a problem was the fact that windows can’t be opened and the air conditioning wasn’t really working. I was staying in May, no big heats going on outside by the time, but the room got so hot it caused me a headache. Especially the secong night was very uncomfortable. Hopefully the air conditioning was just turned off because it was spring and the staff thought it wasn’t necessary. If this is the way it works during the summer too, I wouldn’t want to stay during 30C + heats. Other than that, the hotel was almost great.

The reason why I didn’t give this hotel a “good” review or better is because of their breakfast. We got breakfast included in our rate. The coffee was good and served at your table after ordering. Options for breakfast were average and what you’d typically expect from a continental spread. I didn’t care for anything available; the scrambled eggs were the worst texture. The other issues were with the orderliness and hygiene of other guests serving themselves. It was crowded. Many were touching food with their hands and reusing their glasses to refill juice. The hotel could do more to make sure people aren’t being unsanitary. I’d rather stay at a nicer hotel that serves breakfast made to order, to the guests at their table.

We booked this based on previous reviews and were disappointed. We have never stayed at a Wyndham Hotel before and probably will not again. The good bits - staff were lovely and could not help enough, the hotel is modern and bright with excellent walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. It was very clean and we liked the ‘take a plant to your room’ idea. The bad bits - location is horrible on the junction of two main roads. Whilst a short distance to town there is no good walk, either go over an unlit footbridge to a dark path next to some open land inhabited by drunks at night, or walk on the verge of the dual carriage way and cross to the tram stop. Fortunately taxis were only about 100 czk. It is however directly opposite the Pilsner brewery and its tours. The in-room safe did not work and could not be fixed. We had to take valuables to reception. Breakfast was amongst the worst hotel breakfasts I have been served. The quantity and range was not too bad but the hot food was cold both days, waffles and eggs left under a heat lamp that just made them dry and not hot. Only white bread on the second day. The serving area was messy and not cleaned despite staff regularly checking the quantity of food left. The room was not cleaned second day until we asked and were told it was for ‘environmental reasons’ which is pure rubbish, I am happy to use the same sheets and towels but not making beds, cleaning and replenishing the coffee pods is just cost cutting, but of course they did replenish the chargeable mini bar. The back of the hotel and car park is accessed by a road through some poor quality housing, again with drunks loitering about. They were absolutely no problem just not a pleasant experience.

Mark The Night receptionist was very nice. He accommodated us with family. I recommend this hotel. Nice staff overall. I loved the breakfast rich variety of choices. Perfect stay if you looking around pilsen

Enjoyable a comfy stay in this well located hotel, close to the train station (less then 5 minutes walk). To the city center 5-10 min easy walk and the Pilsner Urquell brewery just opposite - only to cross the bridge over the busy road. Warm welcome from the staff at the reception and friendly but professional staff throughout the stay. The room and bathroom big enough and spotlessly clean. The bed super comfy for good night rest. The kettle to prepare tea/coffee would be handy to have in the room. The breakfast was fantastic with great selection of hot and cold items, pastry, wide range of nuts and dried fruit for the yogurt. For business trip recommended hotel.
