Needed a quick overnight stay visiting uni with my daughter. This place was very very good and great value. Excellent comms from the owner and clear check in instructions. Assistance with parking outside too. The twin room we had was nicely decorated and the room was warm. Good ensuite bathroom. The location is nice just off the sea front and despite being on the road was very quiet at night. Would certainly look to stay again if in the area.

We needed to stay somewhere with our dog for the weekend while we helped our daughter move back to university. We were definitely pleasantly surprised when we stayed here. Room only basis. Wonderful hosts, very clean, quiet and comfortable. A lovely touch to have a table in the corridor with spares if you need a top up for refreshments or toilet roll or shower gel. Great price and good location. We would definitely consider staying here again and for longer. Thank you for looking after us!

Very nice guest house in a fantastic location in Plymouth, very clean. Did stay in room 4 with my teenage daughter it was ideal and had everything we needed, the only complaint I would have me and my daughter are very tall and found the room very small. Your given the option to purchase parking tickets as well which I found was very helpful and I had no problem with finding a parking space.

We stayed visiting our son at university and this place was ideal for us. Check in instructions sent prior to arrival. Room perfect for what we needed. Comfortable double and single bed. Quiet location, easy walking distance to all areas of Plymouth. We will certainly use you again for our trips back. Thank you.

Another very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Edgcumbe. Its close proximity to the Hoe provides a nice stroll down to the Barbican, also ideal for access to the city centre shops. Comfortable bed meant great nights sleep. Carla maintains great communications leading up to our stay A gem of place to stay at.

Very comfortable and cosy room, warm, comfortable bed, refreshments in room and easily replenished. Carla was very helpful with a car parking issue and offered further assistance if needed, lovely quiet area

It’s Located in a beautiful area of the city and close to the sea and the center. Rooms are really cosy and clean. And more importantly our dog loves it! Thanks Carla for having us. See you soon. Dani

Only stayed one night but couldn't believe the value of the rooms considering the location. Perfect for being closer to the Hoe but still in walking distance to the town and the Barbican. The park opposite was very handy for the dog and the nearby pub on the waterfront was dog friendly, so absolutely perfect guesthouse for our needs and I wouldn't stay anywhere else now for future visits to Plymouth.

A lovely B&B in an ideal location. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was delightful; plenty of space, and great tea/coffee making facilities. The beds were incredibly comfortable; coupled with a very quiet house, it made for a peaceful nights sleep. Would highly recommend.
