Wonderful hotel. Very good value. Not the best area of town but ok if you have a vehicle.

우리 가족과 나는 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 스파 센터는 우리에게 휴식과 긴장을 풀 수 있는 멋진 경험을 제공했습니다. 제공되는 아침 식사는 맛있었을 뿐만 아니라 매우 풍부하여 우리 하루의 다양하고 만족스러운 시작을 제공했습니다. 편안한 숙박 시설부터 활력을 되찾아주는 스파 시설, 호화로운 아침 식사까지 호텔에서의 전반적인 경험은 우리가 정말 기억에 남는 숙박을 만드는 데 기여했습니다.

플로브디프 여행을 계획하고 있는 모든 사람들에게 이곳을 추천할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 조용하며 가장 좋은 점은 2개의 정원과 제가 만난 가장 친절한 직원입니다. 거기에 있으면 후회하지 않을 것입니다 !!!

Hotel Imperial Plovdiv is the best place to stay in Plovdiv. The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff who treated us as their own friends, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen. We have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and would not change it for any other hotel in Plovdiv. Special thank you to Vladimir Kochanov the Manager who attended to whatever requirements we asked for. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be treated first class!

Our stay at Hotel Imperial Plovdiv was nothing short of extraordinary! We were there for a week to attend a wedding, and the experience was filled with joy, laughter, and impeccable service. The wedding reception was hosted at the hotel itself, and oh, what a splendid affair it was! Everything was executed to perfection, from the decor to the organisation. The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! Hotel Imperial Plovdiv is the best place to stay in Plovdiv. The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff towards the client, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen, additional options in the form of the Internet and the gym attract and stand out from the rest of the hotels, given that the cost for all these conditions is quite affordable. For the first time, we came to Imperial Plovdiv last summer and the whole family fell in love with this place. This year, without even thinking too much, we booked a room for a few days before going to the sea. Special huge thanks to Vladimir Kochanov for his help in everything that you might need. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be treated first class!

The hotel is remarkable. The staff is probably the best thing in the whole place. The welcoming on the reception was more than I expected. The staff there and spatially the Front desk manager(I don't remember the name for which I am sorry) were very helpful for all the things we asked and the advices of the Manager were spot on every time. The staff in the restaurant was also mazing and the food from the kitchen was on world class level! We will definitely visit that remarkable place again soon! Thank you!!!

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through **********. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am.
