I had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel. From the beautiful, clean rooms to the atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff - I wanted to even prolong my stay. I will definitely be booking here again. Great location very nice staff couldn’t do enough for us , the lady on reception upgraded us so we had a very large Balcony which we really appreciated. The breakfast was very nice very large menu and very good service Very clean hotel roof terrace was great to sit and have a cocktail or sit and read a book Very nice hotel very welcoming staff couldn’t ask for more .

Stunning apartment, breathtaking views of the sea, great staff and very clean. We loved the location, the parking was great and we felt very safe. We stayed for 4 days with our daughter and was just wonderful to get these stunning views, alongside the clean and well equipped apartment. The only slight downside, the parasol was broken and there was no dishwasher - yet this was advertised. Not a big deal at all, it actually rained for 2 days when we were there - but there was a day or two that was scorching hot and it was difficult without the parasol with our young daughter.

The Hotel is located at the Center in Plettenberg. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and the Restaurant for the evening was also great. We would surely recommend this place.

As a travel agent, I can say without hesitation that I do not recommend this hotel. My husband was seriously hospitalized, and I had to request a refund due to force majeure. Despite notifying the hotel over a month in advance and being completely open to alternatives like changing dates, receiving a discount, or getting a voucher for a future stay, they completely ignored my attempts to contact them for over two weeks. Worse still, they charged me the full amount for a 3-night stay without any empathy or consideration. This lack of professionalism and understanding in such a difficult situation is unacceptable. I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my clients.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. The views of the sea are great. Breakfast were very good, but fresh fruit would run out quite early. However, rooms are very cheaply finished and at a year old the hotel already feels worn. There is a serious lack of cupboard/drawer space given that it is a hotel at the beach at which one would assume people spend a week or so at least (we stayed 6 nights) and had to live out of our suitcases. Shower was disgustingly dirty, and on the first night had to ask them to change a pillow case as it had several black marks on it.
