We felt well truly pampered during our stay. The hotel is tastefully furnished & clean. Our room was a little on small side.(sea view double). Housekeeping was excellent including ample supply of bath beach & poolside towels. Breakfast was good excellent service & setting. Roof top panoramic views. The 3 pools, whirlpool & surrounds were v clean & well maintained. The evenings in the roof top lounge sipping cocktails idyllic

여러 번 실망했지만이 호텔은 아니기 때문에 TUI 등급 가이드에 항상 편안하지는 않습니다. 그것에 관한 모든 것을 좋아했습니다. El Oasis에서 직원을 개조하여 훌륭한 뷔페 선택과 훌륭한 일품 저녁 식사를 제공합니다. 타파스 립 아이 스테이크 훌륭한 와인과 모래 언덕의 숨막히는 전경은 말할 것도 없습니다. 훌륭한 ! 엔터테인먼트는 히트하고 놓쳤지만 히트는 확실히 Dancing Queen과 Madrid L' Havanna였습니다. 그들을 사랑! 직원들은 호텔이 좋은 손에 있다는 것을 암시하는 그들의 물건이 매우 행복하고 동기를 부여하는 것처럼 보인다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 관리 팀에 수고하셨습니다. 이 호텔을 적극 추천하고 다시 가고 싶습니다.

This hotel is truly excellent and deserves it's four star status. The rooms are a generous size and like the rest of the hotel, spotlessly clean. We arrived late due to usual problems with poorly run UK airports. Staff had kindly provided a sandwich and fruit in the room. We were informed by reception that we could also just make dinner despite the late hour. Restaurant staff were so helpful and ensured we were well fed on arrival. The food in this hotel is top class and there is great variety. They have cooking stations where they cook fresh fish, meat, eggs etc. They also have a great selection each evening of roast meats. The salad, vegatable, fruit and dessert selections are truly amazing. There is so much choice. The same level of choice applies to drinks. The all inclusive package also includes branded spirits. There is a wide choice of cocktails. I am coeliac and was able to have gluten free beer which was such a treat. All the food in the restaurant is clearly marked with allergens making anyone who is a coeliac feel safe. There was a wide and varied choice of gluten free food, including bread which the hotel will provide on request. The pool and communal areas are very clean. There is an excellent pool bar which is open from 1100 to 2230. The staff who run it are very hard working and friendly. What really makes this hotel excellent, however is the staff. They are the hardest working hotel staff I have seen in a long while. They work so hard in difficult conditions and continually have a smile and a friendly word for guests. Nothing is too much trouble. The managers run such a tight efficient ship where unusually for some hotels, the guests always come first. In summary, this was a fantastic relaxing stay in a top notch hotel. Great food, excellent staff, lovely facilities and very clean.

Stayed here with our three young children. Perfect location just a short walk to beach , shops and other amenities. Water park is a short taxi drive away. Very clean apartment. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Unfortunately my son suffered a severe croup attack on night three of our stay. The man at reception couldn't have been more helpful, rang an ambulance and communicated with paramedics for us. We had to cut our stay short due to this but will definitely be back as soon as possible. Thank you Alsol Walhalla!

현재 Amazonas Apartments에 머물고 있으며 모든 것에 매우 만족합니다. 첫날 우리는 정오쯤 도착했고 접수 원은 체크인이 오후 2시까지 아니기 때문에 할당 된 방이 준비되지 않았다고 말했습니다. 우리는 괜찮다고 말했고 그녀가 다른 방이 준비되었다고 말했을 때 가방을 떠날 준비가되어 있다고 말했습니다. 우리를 체크인했습니다.€50 보증금 지불했고 우리는 2주 동안 금고에 대해 30유로를 지불했습니다. 에어컨이 없고 매우 더워서 아내가 몇 시간 안에 방으로 가져온 팬을 요청했습니다. 방은 매우 편안한 침대와 훌륭한 샤워 시설과 발코니로 완벽합니다. 큰 냉장고/냉동고와 취사에 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 씻는 액체, 접시 천, 스커서 및 차 천이 제공되어 좋은 터치입니다. 목욕 타월과 핸드 타월, 목욕 매트도 정기적으로 교체하고 화장지가 제공됩니다. 객실은 일주일에 5일 동안 열심히 청소하고 수건과 침구는 정기적으로 교체됩니다. 수영장 지역은 매우 깨끗하고 3개에 충분한 선베드가 있습니다. 수영장 바가있는 수준은 오전 9 시부 터 오후 5 시까 지 영업하며 도시보다 저렴하지 않으면 음료가 저렴합니다. 해변까지 도보로 5분, 수많은 바와 레스토랑이 있는 Yumbo 센터까지 도보로 단 10분 거리에 있는 완벽한 위치입니다. 또한 슈퍼마켓은 몇 건물 밖에 떨어져 있지 않으므로 용품을 운반하기에 멀지 않습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 위치의 훌륭한 숙박 시설

Nice and clean. Lovely staff, not that we needed to communicate too much. They were great with any queries we had, as the to in one of the rooms lost signal one day (Fixed with no issue) and my wife’s all inclusive band almost snapped due to a pool incident (Bit too much fun and I caught it with my hand) The lovely lady at reception (Lucia) changed it with no issue and a nice smile. Food service was wonderful, always found something to eat at all meals. I’m not too picky and will try anything once, so I was very happy with all the food. My wife is a very picky eater and likes stuff to be plain and simple. There was plenty of options for her i.e Chips, cheese pizza, chicken nuggets, hot dogs and she ate a lot of chorizo slices. A very good selection. Breakfast was by far my favourite meal time. The hash browns are amazing.

This hotel is superb, it is in a great location near the beach in Playa del Ingles. We had a great stay for many reasons, the staff were all fantastic and friendly from the reception staff, housekeepers, chefs and waiters and waitresses. The food in the restaurant was excellent, huge selection of dishes from the buffet, many dishes were prepared fresh while you make your selections, this includes fresh fish meat and fish dishes, barbecued food outside, pasta and themed meals each night. The breakfast selection is excellent too with food to suit all tastes. The hotel has great facilities including a rooftop terrace with a bar,sunbeds, Jacuzzis and a fantastic panoramic view of the resort. There is a spa with sauna, steamroom etc. The hotel also has two outdoor pools and a pandling pool too. One of the pools is 25 meters long and great for swimming. Rooms are a good size with a terrace and large bathroom. There is also entertainment in the hotel lobby bar every night.
