It was a pleasure to stay here again. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. They were very comfortable, and with the intense heat, the air-con provided a welcome relief. Free WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast and continental breakfast. Great times no reservations straight through till 11am. The waiters were amazing, some members having been there for a very long time. Dinner in the evening right through till 22.00pm - amazing. The pool and facilities were amazing, comfortable sun loungers with built in pillows and large blue beach towels. The hotel is located very close to the airport approximately 35 min. There is a free shuttle service from and to the airport, for stays of 10 days or more and I really appreciate that it is included. I would recommend this hotel for pleasure trips. Was made to feel like a member of the Neptuno family

Wir waren zu Dritt vom 17.07.-24.07. hier im Hotel. Die Anlage als solches war sehr sauber, alles gut organisiert und das Personal, egal in welchem Bereich, überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl an Speisen war zu jeder Tageszeit mehr als ausreichend und es war immer und für jeden etwas dabei. Es gibt auch eine Poolbar, an der sich, vorrangig mit Fast Food, gesättigt werden kann, während der Speisesaal geschlossen ist. Hiervon haben wir keinen Gebrauch gemacht, da wir tagsüber unterwegs, oder am Meer waren. Es gab neben Burgern, Pommes und HotDogs eine kleine Auswahl an Obst. Wenn ich einen negativen Punkt nennen kann, dann ist es die Lautstärke wenn das Zimmer Richtung Innenpool gelegen ist. Hier ist bis auf einen Tag die Woche bis 24 Uhr erhöhter Lärm, u.a. durch Animation und Shows. Wenn möglich empfehle ich darauf zu achten, das dass Zimmer nicht in den Innenhof zeigt. Ansonsten nur das übliche Phänomen, dass die Leute Liegen reservieren, welche dann halbtags nicht genutzt werden, aber auch hier achtet das Personal darauf und räumt diese nach einiger Zeit frei. Der Strand ist mit dem Gratis Shuttlebus in ca. 5 Minuten erreicht, der Fußweg ist in 8-10 Minuten bewältigt. Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie Restaurants und Bars, sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Fazit: Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen, bei erneuter Eigenbuchung jedoch darauf achten, dass unser Zimmer nicht in den Innenhof ragt.

The beds were very uncomfortable or I would of returned to the hotel the beds moved on wheels and were very squeaky even if moved slightly , I did mention but they didn’t seem bothered , also the family pool bar staff never acknowledged you standing there just ignored you whilst putting out glasses we were all inclusive and hardly had any drinks the children’s entertainment staff were excellent but not much in kids club going on location was ok needed a bus though

This hotel is truly excellent and deserves it's four star status. The rooms are a generous size and like the rest of the hotel, spotlessly clean. We arrived late due to usual problems with poorly run UK airports. Staff had kindly provided a sandwich and fruit in the room. We were informed by reception that we could also just make dinner despite the late hour. Restaurant staff were so helpful and ensured we were well fed on arrival. The food in this hotel is top class and there is great variety. They have cooking stations where they cook fresh fish, meat, eggs etc. They also have a great selection each evening of roast meats. The salad, vegatable, fruit and dessert selections are truly amazing. There is so much choice. The same level of choice applies to drinks. The all inclusive package also includes branded spirits. There is a wide choice of cocktails. I am coeliac and was able to have gluten free beer which was such a treat. All the food in the restaurant is clearly marked with allergens making anyone who is a coeliac feel safe. There was a wide and varied choice of gluten free food, including bread which the hotel will provide on request. The pool and communal areas are very clean. There is an excellent pool bar which is open from 1100 to 2230. The staff who run it are very hard working and friendly. What really makes this hotel excellent, however is the staff. They are the hardest working hotel staff I have seen in a long while. They work so hard in difficult conditions and continually have a smile and a friendly word for guests. Nothing is too much trouble. The managers run such a tight efficient ship where unusually for some hotels, the guests always come first. In summary, this was a fantastic relaxing stay in a top notch hotel. Great food, excellent staff, lovely facilities and very clean.

이것은 4 성급 호텔이지만 실제로는 5 성급 격차가 상당히 큽니다. 첫 번째는 모두 포함됩니다. 오렌지 주스는 오렌지 주스 파우더 인 것 같습니다. 음식 종류는 기본 음식이며 해산물은 없습니다. 수영장은 크지 않습니다. 아이들은 더 많이 뛰어 다니고 있습니다. 서비스 프론트 데스크는 오랫동안 주문 번호를 찾을 수없는 방을 예약하는 속도가 느리고 오랫동안 기다려야합니다. 욕실 욕조는 매우 작고 매우 불편합니다. 별 다섯 개와 수백 개는 다르지만 그 차이는 여전히 매우 크지 만 특별한 호텔은 아닙니다.

청결이 모든 것이고 여기에 풍부합니다! 직원들은 훌륭하고 바에서 산타와 조엘에게 특별한 외침을 합니다. 리셉션의 Yurena, Vanessa는 너무 많은 문제가 없습니다. 객실은 매일 매우 높은 수준으로 청소됩니다. 전반적으로 몇 가지 조정이 필요한 멋진 장소입니다. 의상과 수건을 말릴 곳이 없습니다. 작은 레일은 놀랍거나 무너지는 에어러가 모든 베란다에 테이블 위에 놓여 있는 옷보다 훨씬 좋아 보일 것입니다. 아마도 더 미학적으로 눈을 즐겁게 할 것입니다! 레스토랑은 매우 이상한 시간을 유지하고 열려있을 때 의존 할 수는 없지만 수영장 바는 매우 기본적이며 꽤 괜찮습니다. 매우 부티크 느낌이 나는 평화롭고 고요합니다.
