酒店的位置不錯，離著名的英人海灘步行十多分鐘。酒店的後門就是一個大型集市有商店有酒吧和餐廳。房間蠻大也很乾凈整潔。早餐特別豐富多樣。特別是橙汁完全是現榨的！必須點贊👍晚上酒店會舉行泳池音樂會，女歌手唱得真好聽。員工非常熱情，主動幫拿行李。餐廳員工也好熱情。瑕疵就是：保險箱缺電無法使用，便座裝潢不到位：漏水。

Great hotel, friendly staff, location is prime, clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. Overall super happy with my stay. The hotel itself sports a little outdated interior design, but aside from that everything is great.

I've stayed at the Neptuno a few times now and always enjoyed it. Friendly staff, good food, comfortable rooms, relaxed a**osphere. Right next to the Yumbo centre if you're there for the nightlife

It was ok. I’ve stayed in other hotels in playa del ingles and this one wasn’t a favourite. The room decor was not as nice. But what really brought my rating down for the experience at check out. During check in I had been given a cardboard card to obtain a towel. I told the receptionist I didn’t need one as I brought my own but he still gave me the card. I didn’t read the back of the card but apparently it said I had to hand it back in or I would get a €20 fine. When I checked out, I didn’t have the card as it was never pointed out to me that I had to return this rice of cardboard when I checked in. Thankfully I found the card in the bin in my room but this seemed a way of conning guests out of another €20.

They have the most noisy housekeeping ever. You will not enjoy your holidays. You will wake up 8 AM because lady will be moving all furnitures in room above. Reception, location, cleanless is OK. Just housekeeping staff is doing everything to wake up you. Topic reported to reception so they know well who is writing review.

Had a great few days staying here. Room was very clean and the bar/pool area have a nice a**osphere, and are surprisingly quite quiet considering the proximity to the Yumbo. Food was of good quality - personally I preferred the a la carte lunch at the pool bar to the buffet, although that was still good (especially the desserts!). I would definitely stay again in future.

First impression wasn't great, but I'm glad it changed over the days to come. Staff in the reception demanded a voucher, even though they saw my reservation and that it was paid for. Eventually they accepted me forwarding the booking confirmation from hotels dot com. But be prepared that you might have to do this. Apart from this incident I was very happy with my stay at Neptuno. I opted for an all inclusive alternative and must say that the food and variation of items served during breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. High quality, and great flavors, with a mix of local, regional and international kitchens, lots of options and great presentations. Also the alcohol included was not only restricted to the cheapest of the cheapest brands, but with a nice variation and also including cocktails in the bar. Staff was also friendly, smiling and welcoming, with a very personal touch, adjusting to whom they were interacting with. The room was nice and comfortable although housekeeping seemed to have not looked under the bed before my arrival as it wasn't vacuumed under there. Despite this I found the rest of the room clean and tidy, and quite recently refurbished, making the bed comfortable and interiors feel nice.

Hotel is nice but can sleep whit noise from yumbo juste in front , staff nice , the food is not good from the buffet
