Before I continue, this review is based on MY experience at the time we were there and some of the experiences I had may not be relevant all year round. Arrived on 11th Feb for a 7 night stay. 2 rooms booked for our party of 7 (Twin room & Family room). Check in was prompt and courteous and our rooms were on the 2nd floor only a short distance from each other. The family room was extremely spacious, however the twin room was tiny, with very limited room due to the third bed being placed at the end of the twin beds (There wasn't really anywhere else it could have gone). I would estimate this room was probably less than half the size of the family room and in my opinion is not adequate for a family of 3 people, certainly if the 3rd person is older than 10. Room facilities included wardrobe storage, flat screen TV, Fridge and Powerful twin head shower. There is an option to rent a safe for 2 EUR per night. No Tea/Coffee facilities in the rooms. One negative on the family room was the glass divide between the twin beds and pull out double bed. There was no privacy and certainly no option for Mum & Dad time.... The hotel whilst there was predominantly occupied by German guests, most of which were couples and in their older years. It felt at times that we were in an OAP home. The majority of the guests were well mannered however some in and around the restaurant were arrogant and outright rude and it felt like we were trespassing on their land. The food in general was fine, a wide dinner selection and always hot. There is not a fantastic selection for younger children, and the desserts on occasion were quite sparse. The biggest issue with the restaurant is that the tables are not geared up for bigger families. 95% of the tables were set out in 2's so trying to find at least 3 tables together was difficult. Of the very few bigger tables in the restaurant (seat 4), these were often used by couples which didn't help. Possibly a Front of House would help? All Inclusive drinks were very ordinary and what you'd expect in a 3* hotel. Weak beer, cheap wine and poorly made cocktails. The spirits in the main were branded, but limited to what you could choose. Soft drinks were fine. The pool area is small as per the hotel photos, that said getting sun loungers was never too much of a problem, and they do have a large grassed terrace (with park and football court) on the other side of the restaurant. The hotels position means the sun is only on the main pool until mid afternoon, and the aforementioned terrace until late afternoon. The entertainment was extremely modest, which may pick up as the season progresses? The entertainment seating area is far too small for the size of the hotel. There is a games room on level -2, however this could do with re-vamping as it's very tired looking. There is a spa/wellness centre and gym also available. The hotel is kept extremely clean, although there is a constant smell around the reception area which at times is a b
