블루 다이아몬드 럭셔리 부티크 - 올 인클루시브 - 어른 전용(Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel)

블루 다이아몬드는 원석에 있는 보석입니다. 정말로 새로 고침이 필요합니다. 맹그로브, 자연, 정글 및 해변 사이에 자리 잡은 길과 방에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 매우 아름답고 습한 우리 안뜰에서 멸종 위기에 처한 종인 Agouti도 보았습니다. 불행히도 정글이 땅을 되찾고 있기 때문에 이곳은 새로 고침이 필요합니다. 침대 매트리스는 끔찍했고 그레인은 심하게 삐걱거렸습니다. Thecenote는 녹조류로 가득 차 있으며 난간이 거의 부서집니다. 자전거는 내가 탔던 모든 사람이 다소 망가진 것을 제외하고는 좋은 생각입니다. 사진의 도크는 폭풍에 의해 제거되어 없어졌음에 틀림없다. 여기저기서 하수구 냄새가 납니다. 페인트의 대부분은 새 코트가 필요하고 자세히 보면 우리 방 번호를 포함하여 타일과 조명과 같이 깨진 작은 것들이 많이 있습니다. 현명한 음식, 우리는 한 레스토랑만 시도했고 포함된 숙박을 위해 맛있었습니다. 와인은 우리의 취향에 비해 너무 저렴했고 직원은 과중했습니다. 마지막으로, 해변의 모래는 세계 최고 중 하나이며 우리는 마우이에 살고 있습니다. 매우 부드럽고 매우 하얗고 때로는 꽤 팽창합니다. 전반적으로 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 3성급 품질의 5성급 편의시설입니다. 가격은 기대치를 조정하십시오.

location on the beach very convenient, food was amazing, stuff very nice, hotel a bit outdated , needs some renovations

The property is beautiful! I like the tranquility and peace in this resort!! The staff were very attentive and friendly. However, the resort needs some updates in construction, like shower water fixes. Everything else was amazingly relaxing! Thank you!!

I love the quietness and tranquility of the place, if you're looking to relax this place is wonderful for that. The hotel is very beautiful, however, it is a little dated and it needs significant improvement in some areas. The staff were all very courteous and helpful however it lacks quickness at all meal times in their restaurants. The suite I got had issues with the toilet during my whole stay and that was definitely not very nice. Overall a nice, beautiful, quiet place that needs TLC. Also, crocodiles may be dangerous when they loose man fear, that made me a bit uncomfortable.

This was our second trip to Blue Diamond, and while reading through reviews prior to our trip we were skeptical of returning because of the bad reviews since our last trip 5 years ago. Well let me put some things in perspective for you, Yes this place is worn down a bit but so am I, it’s to be expected in the rainforest and being a oceanfront resort, Water and humidity are brutal on most everything but the staff works hard keeping it looking beautiful. The food was delicious, and portions were just the right size as to not gain a ton of weight on vacation but I still managed to gain a few pounds, a few of my favorites were the Lamb skewers and the lasagna.This is not a party resort but more a restful and relaxing experience to just unwind form the hectic thing we call life,but they do have some nightly entertainment that was very nice, The beach was very clean although you will see some (not much) sea grass wash up on shore but the staff is out there cleaning it all up, you can walk this beach for miles in both directions too if your a beach walker which we are. I believe we clocked about 60 miles during our week stay. There is lots of wildlife to see coati’s, lots of beautiful birds, and even a few crocodile which in no way whatsoever were even a problem as they kept to themselves in areas they have clearly marked, housekeeping did an awesome job, as well as the servers. Now, My biggest complaint was the bed, it was a very firm bed but some people love firm beds THANK YOU!

This property should not be a 5 star rated resort.. i experienced extreme prejudice. I was talked to and treated like someone they didn't want on their property. I felt very discriminated against by the owner himself and his family/ friend. I will be filing a formal complaint Housekeeping entered my room 2 times after hours as i was traveling alone.. which is the reason why i was treated in that way. The TV never worked, the bed was uncomfortable and its not quality!!! For the price, food was mediocre and alcohol isn't top shelf, all inclusive drinks are lack luster. Please do not stay here

Regrettably, our experience at the supposed VIP and Luxury resort fell short of our expectations. Despite the anticipation of a premium stay, we found the overall atmosphere lacking the promised sophistication. The dining experience was marred by delays, with orders at the restaurant arriving untimely and service that seemed lackadaisical. Comparing our stay to other resorts and hotels we've enjoyed, this particular establishment failed to match the level of satisfaction we've come to expect. The promised VIP treatment felt more like a distant concept than a reality. Even the spa, intended as a sanctuary of relaxation, left us wanting. The massage, meant to be a highlight, failed to meet the envisioned standard. Additionally, the transportation system within the resort proved inefficient, with the carts frequently failing to arrive promptly. In reflection, our overall impression is far from favorable. If compelled to assign a rating, a generous 2.5 out of 5 would be our assessment. It's disheartening when a destination with such potential fails to deliver the expected luxury and leaves guests longing for a more gratifying experience.

The property is nice. Small. Not a lot of food options for all inclusive. The staff was very friendly. However they did not communicate well. If they were there in front of you they would do anything. If you tried to call the front desk and order anything like carts food umbrellas taxis etc you had to follow up several times. I would probably not stay here again for this reason. Nice spacious rooms. But attention to detail from staff primarily front of house was severely lacking.
