馬略卡島上非常不錯的一家酒店，環境服務都很不錯，離海灘也很近，推薦入住

Es estupenda la ubicación la playa de Palma a unos 150 mts y muy bien comunicado para ir al aeropuerto y al centro de Palma, y sobre todo la atención del personal un 10 seguro volveré.

Hotel muy familiar, con muy buena comunicación del aereopuerto y centro de Palma, al lado de la playa del arenal y de la pizzería Plaza, el personal excelente.

The beds in the Hotel Principe are really comfortable and the room temperature is easily adjusted to your desired setting. The bathrooms are extremely modern and clean. Towels and extra bedding are in plentiful supply. I found the meals to be fresh and tasty, with a special cooked breakfast and delicious coffee every morning. The staff really go out of their way to make everything easy for guests (Thanks everyone...Jose, John-Anthony, John and all the rest of the wonderful staff!) The rooms are serviced every day, and towels and dressing gowns are supplied for the spa, which I must say is delightful. My mother and I were very well looked after. One thing we loved is that the hotel is very peaceful as it is set back just one block from the sea and you don't get any noise at night. I definitely intend to come back to this beachside hotel with its beautiful jacuzzi balcony and seaview.

From the first moment we arrived at the Hotel Principe in Avenida Son Rigo, Playa de Palma, until we left, the customer service has been more than fantastic - ¡sobresaliente! Staff in reception, bar and restaurant, house-keeping, in the kitchen and more, are all so professional, efficient, helpful, friendly and kind, they take great pride in what they do. They are ALL such a fantastic ambassadors and made our stay special. Our sea view room on the 6th floor was great, the beds comfy, the shower in the bath room was great. The restaurant was clean and bright, the food was good, plenty for all tastes. Restaurant staff kept the area spotlessly clean and food was replenished quickly. The bar was very pleasant as was the pool area. A special mention to José (restaurante), Toni (restaurante), Gabriel (bar) Natalia (recepción) and all of the other staff we met during our stay but whose names we did not take. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to all nationalities, languages, to couples, families, people travelling alone, people with health conditions and impairments. We have witnessed how staff make the hotel accesible to everyone. We will definitely be back.

We had a WONDERFUL top floor room overlooking the Med with a private hottub on the roof that we accessed from a spiral staircase on our balcony. It was breathtaking 😍. Bathroom was modern and adequate in size with a large glass shower. We would certainly stay again.

comfortable hotel, clean. better than I had expected with friendly staff. The add on breakfast was worth the cost. Good variety and quality food. Close to the beach and beach activities.
