호텔은 새로 개조된 것 같지만 객실에는 쓰레기통과 화장실 브러시가 없습니다. 우리는 방을 얻었고 침대 시트가 더러워서 리셉션에 가서 새 침대 시트를 얻을 수 있는지 물었습니다. 접수원은 그것에 대해 이상하게 화를 내며 청소부가 하루 종일 갔기 때문에 불가능하다고 말했습니다. 나는 그들이 다른 방에서 침대 시트를 가져갈 수 있다고 제안했고 그는 웃으며 만석이라고 말했습니다. 화장실에 똥 얼룩이 있는 새 방을 얻는 것으로 모든 것이 끝났습니다. 그래서 내가 머물렀던 최고의 호텔이 아닙니다. 추천하지 않습니다. 빈민가 지역도 팔마에 더 가깝게 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.

The place was fine, the offer was great! For the money you spend it is more than fine. The brunch offer is great, good selection and the food is tasty! The only problem is the noise! We can hear everything all night long, from people drunk in the corridor shouting to mum and kids loud in the early morning.

Checked in around midnight, we went to our room and the room was so dirty, attached are photos. I was absolutely distraught and disgusted, ontop of that it being so late and tired. We then had to wait to be checked into another room which left us waiting around for ages. My partner and I are cleanly people and after being moved into such an unclean room we found it difficult sleeping in our new room and got up early the next morning to speak to the manger. We were met by a rude receptionist who refused to get the manager and acknowledge my complaint and only took interest in what my (male) partner said. She initially offered us a full refund but then only refunded the remaining nights as we already stayed the night. This was unacceptable as we couldn’t sleep properly at the hotel and refused to have breakfast there due to its possible uncleanliness. We then spoke to the manager who told us to explain the situation but had no interest in refunded us. We wasted a lot of time going through a story of our night to satisfy his curiosity and we were met with “there is nothing we can do” and “company policy”. Why ask us to explain and waste 50 mins of our morning when it wouldn’t have made a difference anyways? Not even a partial refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, the staff are rude and managers are unreasonable. Please do not waste your money. The rooms on top of that aren’t even appealing and you might be unlucky and get a dirty room.

Pro: hotel cleanliness, selection of breakfast items, chrome cast tv. Hotel receptionist was lovely, download your key on to your phone. Negatives: food was cold, groups of lads and very noisy during both day and night. Air conditioning was not switched on until we complained 3 times. Actual area not many restaurants and definitely a no for kids.

Great clean friendly hotel. Catered well for us as family with 3 teenagers and disabled mother. Brunch till 1:30 couldn’t fault it. 5 min walk from sea front. Pool towels available, shower gel and shampoo and hairdryer in room. Pools on both side of hotel so can move round in avo once pool at back shaded. All staff great and friendly too. Beds and pillows very comfy like new. All new hotel but kept lovely and clean Will return. Only complaint was noise from teenagers hanging out around a car at front of hotel till 1am most nights kept us awake. But hotel don’t have control over that I guess! Will return to this great hotel! Ps pina coladas were lovely!

Good value for money hotel, allowed us early check in and gave us a big room. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good balcony and quiet despite being in a bit of a party area. Lovely swimming pool and amazing breakfast. Overall very good experience

We didn’t realise when we booked this that it was in a very noisy / lively area I’m sure if you were younger this place would be great. We couldn’t sleep due to guests on balconies all night up. The breakfast / brunch was available till 1.30pm which I thought was very good for guests.
