호텔 파비사 발리(Pabisa Bali Park & Tower)

Muy buen servicio! La gente muy amable y colaboradora. Área de Spa y demás interiores muy bien! Resaltar a un camarero de nombre Dani, muy amable y muy majo. ✌️ volvería sin duda.

문제가 많은 허름한 방, 욕실의 창문이 깨져 있고, 에어컨을 조절할 수 없고, 불만을 무시하고 기술자를 오라고 합니다. 하지만 그는 오지 않습니다. 리셉션에서 4번이나 불만을 토로한 후 2번째 방을 받았습니다. 사진은 2번째 방입니다. 4일 만에 호텔을 떠나서 더 좋은 호텔을 찾았어요

매일 저녁, 밤마다 술에 취한 젊은 독일인들과 파티를 즐기고 싶다면 이 호텔에 머물고 싶을 것입니다. 밤에 자고 싶다면 여기 머물지 마세요! 호텔은 독일 파티 거리에 바로 위치해 있습니다. 끔찍하고 시끄럽습니다. 호텔과 객실은 깨끗하고 호텔 직원들은 서비스 정신이 뛰어납니다. 옥상에 있는 바는 매우 좋고 아늑하며, 수영장도 괜찮습니다. 두 수영장 주변에는 일광욕용 침대가 많이 있습니다. 팔마 시내까지 버스로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 리셉션에서 하루 동안 자전거를 쉽게 빌릴 수 있으며 가격도 괜찮습니다. 해변과 매우 가깝습니다.

We were here for 9 nights! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The food in dining area was fabulous and the wait staff, exceptional. The pools were clean, just unfortunate that the wind was blowing and it was too cold to swim. We were on the 12th floor facing ocean, and our only complaint was that there should be some way to keep the door from banging in the wind, we like to have the air at night!

The hotel is easy from the airport. A2 bus stop very close. Check in was fast. Stayed in a tower room which was kept very clean by the staff. Restaurant breakfast and dinner all fresh with different themes each night. Plenty of seating and doors open so you feel covid safe…Cycling station right downstairs. Would say this hotel is great for a cycling break. Only one English tv station. Wifi was strong. Doors slam loudly would be my only complaint.

The description is inaccurate for 2 reasons and the hotel declined to respond to contact from ******* who reached out to the hotel on multiple occasions: 1.There is no wifi in most of the tower, which is important if you are travelling from a country that has banned travel phone plans and only has roaming. The tower is also older and I saw a silverfish bug on the table in the dining area which is located in the tower. I have more things to add but will just focus on these two points and thankfully the staff moved us to the new building after 2 days of no wifi - which I needed for work at nights while my child slept. (Initially the staff suggested I leave my young child in the hotel room in the tower at night and then go across to the new hotel to use a conference room which wasn’t possible because of safety reasons). I am extremely thankful that the staff moved us to the newer building that had wifi. 2.The description of the hotel was initially written to say that there was a playground, children’s pool, mini golf, kid’s arcade/games room and a kid’s club. I see it has been updated now when I look at the listing on ******* but I have screenshots from the initial advertisement that was still there when we first started our stay. I booked this trip specifically for my child. And unfortunately these things were not there. The only thing that could potentially be a kid’s pool was a small outdoor freezing pool that even the adults would only use to hop into after going into the

The hotel is very outdated, the shower did not work properly the very first night and only got fixed in the morning. The furniture looks pretty old too. The balcony was nice and had nice view. Overall it is very clean and they have amazing breakfast selection.

Outside it was a lovely hotel. But the rooms needed to be updated and elevators were slow and the room only had air conditioning if you had your card in the slot to cut on lights. And it never got cool. Also it is on Block away from several clubs that play loud music all day and all night. There are no quiet hours. The other guests drunken and yelling and screaming til 3am and 4 am. If you want a good night sleep this is not the place!

Staff will go beyond just to make customers happy. Paqui is very professional and helpful. Servers are very friendly and remember your drink from first time. I was surprised when server at buffet remembered wine and sparkling water, she even suggested some attractions and nice beaches to visit. Paqui helped with my lost baggage and searching some attractions for me. Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and restocking coffee. Very nice rooftop with great cocktails and beautiful view. Will definitely be back.
