H10 라스 팔메라스(H10 Las Palmeras)

地理位置優越，周圍有很多酒吧、餐廳，裝修風格也有當地特色，酒店雖然有些歷史感，但打掃的很乾凈，房費包含的早晚自助餐也很實惠，非常適合第一次來這裏旅遊的人。值得推薦

房間佈局合理，服務很周到，滿意。位置很方便。包兩餐感覺很方便，餐食也比較豐富，是一次愉快的海島度假。

It is in desperate need of updating, the photos are misleading. The food was ok but at least one utensil/napkin/plate was dirty at ever meal usually multiple. The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was hair on the walls and toliet paper. The Air conditioner did not work. The room was loud. The door had light streaming in from the hallway.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I feel like I have to with this hotel. The hotel is decent enough, and we enjoyed our stay here all in all. However, it is full of the older generation and us been a couple in our early 20s stuck out like a sore thumb, and it feels like you are constantly getting stared out by others. The rooms are alot smaller than the photos suggest and are very dated, we were originally allocated a room on the 1st floor on the left side of the hotel above the Irish bar. And the sound coming from the bar was that loud that the room rattled until 12:30am. We mentioned this to reception the next morning, and they got us moved with no issues. The pool area was great and the staff couldn't be any better. The food was alright but nothing special. And the hotel is in a great location with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop

We went Privilege package which we found very good, the only problem that we incurred was the amount of room on the privilege sun terrace, when the hotel was busy there was some couples that unfortunately were unable to get loungers. The elevator's sometimes had a brain of their own, The staff were excellent, if we had any issues we would inform the room service and they were resolved almost immediately. Nothing was to much trouble for the two ladies that were working behind the check in desk, I feel we must mention the young ladies they were Arnella & Antonella, the meals in the dining room were very very good, and waiter service was excellent, The entertainment It needs a little to be desired, it was entertaining for the children but not too clever for adults. Having said that since leaving the hotel we have actually discussed returning for a longer duration. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you require a very laidback holiday.

Lovely staff Nice food Rooms ok unless you get lower floor on the street side view of the kitchen roof!! Awful but to be far they changed us the next day Night time entertainment nothing special except for Queen tribute act Mercury Rising who were really good No a**osphere in reception bar area I hate glass bathroom doors!!! Wouldn’t stay here again

H10 Las Palmeras is a great place to be, its relaxing, its fun and everything is close by. The staff is amazing, very friendly and lots of fun. Expecially the animation team, Laura, Martha, Javier and all the others are doing an exellent job. Adults have a diversion of sports/games to play but also the children are entertained and they love it! Thank you so much and see you soon! Family Shaker/Cano Lopez

This was our second visit ( and 2nd review ) just 12 months apart . The hotel is great , lovely and clean , the staff are helpful and freindly and the pool is a nice place to spend the day but......as per my first review the food served is poor , not much choice and mostly cold like its been sat there a while . Its a real shame that the food is so poor as it really lets down the experiance . The Privilage suites are superb but havent stayed in any other rooms . I will definatley be back but will definatley be Self Catering as the hotel is surroumded by good quality , well priced eateries of all types . All in all we enjoyed our 2nd visit
