그란 오아시스 리조트

젊은 가족에게 좋은 리조트입니다. 플라야 데 아메리카 해변에서 꽤 떨어져 있고 가파른 언덕에 있다는 점을 유의하세요. 우리는 언덕 꼭대기에 방을 잡았는데, 방에 가려면 4층이나 올라가야 할 것 같았습니다. 따뜻한 음식에는 채식 옵션이 제한적입니다. 이는 카나리아 제도의 다른 리조트에서도 흔히 있는 일입니다. 그러니 타협할 준비를 하세요. 우리는 싱글 침대 4개를 받았습니다. 더블 침대가 필요한 커플이라면 문제가 될 수 있습니다 😉. 주차는 하루에 €5이지만 호텔은 해변에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 이것은 무료로 제공되어야 합니다. 가파른 언덕 때문에 밖에 주차할 수 있는 옵션이 없습니다. 아내가 천식이 있어서 방을 더 낮은 곳으로 옮겨 달라고 요청했지만 별로 효과가 없었습니다.

여기서 또 멋진 한 주를 보냈고 빨리 돌아오고 싶습니다. 방은 넓고 매일 청소되었으며, 아침 식사가 포함되어 있었고 매일 아침 선택의 여지가 많았으며 음식도 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원은 사랑스럽고 도움이 되며, 큰 문제는 없습니다. 엔터테인먼트 팀은 훌륭하고 아이들과 너무 잘 어울리며 항상 밝고 행복합니다. 그들은 성인과 어린이 모두를 위해 매일 다양한 게임과 활동을 가졌으며 모두가 참여하도록 노력했습니다. Javier는 내 딸이 가장 좋아하는 사람이었고, 그는 그녀와 잘 지냈고 심지어 머리를 땋아주기까지 했습니다 🥰 이전에 이 호텔을 방문했을 때 만났던 Renate가 여전히 팀의 일원인 것을 보고 기뻤습니다 😊 거품 파티와 바베큐는 훌륭했습니다. 우리가 집으로 돌아가기 전 마지막 날이 정말 좋았습니다. 확실히 여기로 돌아올 것이다 ☀️

Enjoyed a long weekend with my wife. First time in Tenerife and we’re going to be back! Without exception the staff were friendly and welcoming, Carlos on reception was very helpful and even upgraded us for my wife’s birthday. Our room was everything we wanted and needed, clean and spacious. The shower was especially good! We were all inclusive and although the quality of the food wasn’t amazing, there was plenty of choice and the fresh fruit was delicious.

This was our second stay !! We were here in November and couldn’t wait to come back in March! The rooms ( over 2 floors) immaculate, cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels every day. Plenty of choice in the restaurant- we were all inclusive so had no complaints, plenty of choice for my ‘ fussy’ wee granddaughter! Snack bar burgers, sandwiches hot dogs. Plenty of beds round all the pool areas, we would go from pool to pool with no issues The children’s play area and water chute area was immaculate and cleaned regularly. The biggest bonus for our family was the entertainment team so special mention to Shelby Carlos and Eli who made my granddaughters holiday! Mini disco and all the day time games with a foam party and Disney day a massive hit!! Thank you all so much! We will book again for our 3rd visit in November!

This hotel should be a five star, we loved how clean it was and the entertainment from René Shelby and Carlos was phenomenal. They really are a brilliant team. Thank you for making us have the best family holiday. The weather was perfect and the staff are amazing. Our kids have great memories we are so grateful for.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are incredibly friendly and this is what makes the hotel it really does. We visited for a last minute few days break in jan 2025. The weather was a mixed bag some days felt like home with the rain haha but the rest of the time very good. Rooms are spotless we got upgraded to a pool view room 153 which was spot on. Air con worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable. Slight issue the kitchen light didn’t work and the rest are very dim so could represent a safety issue when going down the stairs to the bathroom at night time. The window to the kitchen wasn’t securely shut but it was high off the floor so no concern to us but others may not like this. It has two large pools and a baby pool which we always got a space around and was lovely as it was clearly heated ! Snack bar was a little hard to find as not sign posted anywhere but we found this on our last day. The hotel is however far away from the main resort area and it’s a good 30 min walk however the hill ( mountain ) you have to climb back to the hotel is honestly ridiculous, I didn’t realise I was mountain climbing! We loved the hotel and staff and the food was good for our short break, however Tenerife we found unfortunately a little boring and not much to do in resorts couldn’t be returning anytime soon. If we did come back we would highly recommend returning to this hotel but only for a few days as is plenty for a break in the sun.
