페어필드 인 & 스위트 플래츠버그(Fairfield Inn & Suites Plattsburgh)

We enjoy staying at a Fairfield Inn wherever we travel. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, breakfast is always acceptable, hot, and varied, and the parking and locations we need nearby are always within easy access. The only complaint we've ever had is a sometimes noisy HVAC in the room.

Enjoyed my stay. Short business trip. But would definitely return. Breakfast is great the way it’s prepped for someone on the go.

Good except i was on the first floor and heard everyone walking so had trouble sleeping

My family stayed here for a short stay this Labor Day weekend. Even though I mentioned 4 traveler during my reservation, upon arriving for check in, the front desk staff informed me that our room only had ONE king size bed. We were told that there were no other rooms or beds available to upgrade to. After 5 minutes of contemplating switching hotels, the staff who just told me there were no other options for bedding told me they could charge us more for an executive suite. Fine! We took it, BUT….. The staff told us there was a pullout sofa with pillows and blankets for the kids. Come bed time and there were NO pillows or blankets. My wife called down to the front desk and the staff was rude and told us that they didn’t have ANY extra pillows or blankets available and told us “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. The next morning, we go in to take our showers and there is disgusting black mold in the shower. We go downstairs for their complimentary breakfast and there is no food and a bunch of hungry guests waiting for what appears to be breakfast that is never coming out. After about half an hour, the staff brings out FIVE bagles for the entire dining area. Are you kidding me? 5 Bagels for the entire dining room! Shortly after, one plate of very watery eggs. DISGUSTING!!! But wait that’s not all!! We decide to go swim. The entire pool area smelled like poop and the water was so foggy looking. The hottub had nasty green stuff floating in it.

This is a relatively newer hotel that has not been maintained properly. Management was using bleach as a cleaner throughout which had caused discoloration of the wall around the commode. Our shower stall once had a glass door on it. It was apparently broken at some point with the shower floor also being broken around the drain. The cracked shower floor was repaired with caulk and the door was replaced with a shower curtain. The glass door frame was still in place. At breakfast there was no one staffing the kitchen area, so food selections, utensils, and condiments weren’t replenished. At one point during breakfast a woman walked into the dining area from the hallway wearing black latex gloves. We didn’t know if she’d been cleaning commodes just before arriving or what. We only stayed at this hotel because the Hampton Inn across the street was full. We’ll never stay at this hotel again.

The property was consistent with other locations. It is still pending room keyless access with pre check-on ability. The room was clean and well maintained. The shower stall ceiling had chilling paint. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I wish they had safe boxes in the rooms. We have to go to the front desk and the safe only has limited space, impossible to store a lap top. The breakfast is unacceptable considering the price of the room,

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The pool and spa are also very clean and the perfect size for a refreshing dip after a long day. The staff is very accommodating and offered me a beverage while I waited for someone. Excellent experience, excellent facilities , and above all excellent staff ! Thank you!
