I don't normally leave reviews however this hotel certainly deserves one! My partner and I stayed at Minoa Palace for 10 days.It was the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We felt so relaxed and looked after whilst staying here. Nothing is too much the staff are all excellent they simply can't do enough for you! We opted for B&B board, the breakfast is nice and had a good selection everyday. The room was excellent with spacious area inside, large balcony and good sized bathroom. The safe is also free to use! It's also worth mentioning that a 5 star hotel demands a 10 euro a day tourist tax. Just something to bear in mind. The beach is literally a stones through away.There are lots of restaurants locally some better than others. I personally recommend Ariadne and Stamna you really can't travel to this area and not eat here! The pools are all immaculately cleaned as is the whole hotel. The only one criticism I have is on a couple of occasions my coffee saucer had a coffee mark on it when it was meant to be clean. To sum up a brilliant hotel in a brilliant location, this hotel has been awarded the best in Crete and we can see why!

Just back from 10 days at this beautiful hotel. Very well worthy of its 5 stars and the reason why. ☆Spotlessly clean rooms, ☆comfortable beds, ☆beautiful pools and surroundings, ☆lovely food, ☆private beach, and great staff. Exhausted when arrived, late at night but fast check into our beautiful, standard garden view room. It was quiet and relaxing. The hotel is huge, with the reception side and over the bridge to the beach side. Guests are welcome in both areas. The fresh water pools are just beautiful, and during this recent heat wave, they were well appreciated. Great location, plenty of bars and restaurants, and the bus stop to Chania is right outside. 2.20 euro 30mins journey. Thank you, Minoa palace. 😊 we will definitely return. A highlight of our holiday was booking a day trip to the terra creta olive oil factory/wine tasting/off road tour and traditional cretian lunch, which was all organised with guest relations at the hotel.

Excellent Hotel but lacking one or two things to make it a five star hotel.We had room132 which over looks the garden, so is nice large room and very peaceful so you can get a good sleep. The beach is pebbles you will need beach shoes.The pools are lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Bus stop outside the hotel so easy to get into town. We stayed half board,plenty of selection at all meals. There is not much evening entertainment and only ONE T.V in the hotel, which is a bit of a problem when a group of people want to watch the EURO FOOTBALL and the local Greeks want to watch basketball. Can't get SKY TV in the rooms. Would still recommend this hotel to friends, just not when important football games on.

This hotel made our honeymoon so special. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so catering to everything we could ask for. We had a room upgrade to a beautiful bungalow and arrived to a champagne on ice, wine and a beautiful cake as it was my 30th the day before. We also had a free ala carte breakfast with an ocean view all of these special things have made our honeymoon so memorable. The rooms are lovely and very fresh and clean.Lots of room around the pools no need to rush for sun beds. Food is delicious and night entertainment is fantastic with live music and singers on regularly. Location is right on the beach and can watch the sunset from the hotel every night. Thank you Minoa for making our honeymoon so special. We’re already booking for next year to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful accommodation and resort, we could not fault the room and the amenities. I would highly recommend eating breakfast at the back of the hotel and not by the beach as it’s more relaxing and less free for all, in addition there’s more choice. Great pools and well situated in a quiet area. We only had bed and breakfast so unable to comment on all inclusive but we were upgraded to a private pool which was well appreciated, all in all a fantastic couple of nights.

This resort and the staff were outstanding. We were part of a group on Crete to commemorate the Battle of Crete and we were treated like royalty. Simply amazing! We enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices, the entertainment in the piano bar, the pools and the beach facilities
