베시클 서스타이나블 스테이 & 트래블(Becycle Sustainable Stay and Travel)

Ideal location with all amenities and sights close by; quiet when we were there but very accessible for festival-goers. The city itself seemed very chilled. Great place to use as an HQ while doing daytrips to other places (like Ptuj). Accommodation itself was just what we wanted: comfortable, clean, well-equipped and furnished, everything in excellent condition.

This was a great property, especially for the price. Super clean and thoughtfully set up for travellers with much storage, places to hang towels and wet clothes, etc. If you are in older traveler or not in good shape, I would avoid the rooms with the loft beds. We had no issues with the steep steps to the bed, but could be hard if you are not physically fit.

I booked a room on their website. It said I have to transfer EUR 36 until the end of next day and I should pay the rest at arrival in cash. I asked in a mail about their cancellation policy, I got the answer they don’t have one….(?!?) Next morning I sent the money with Wise. In the afternoon Becycle sent a mail that I should send a confirmation, otherwise they do not hold my reservation. I sent an answer that I don’t know what they mean by confirmation, however, I sent a proof about my transfer by Wise. In the morning at 7:00 am they sent me a mail that they canceled my reservation, because I did not confirm. At 8:43 they sent me the next mail that they have got my money and that I should pay the second part by the time seen on their invoice, and then they will send a confirmation. The time on the invoice was ’at arrival’…. For it was clear that those people (in the best case) have no idea about what they do, I wrote them that they already cancelled and that I accept that, they should send my money back. No answer, no money….not that it was a suprise by that time. Ich habe auf ihrer Webseite ein Zimmer gebucht. Es hiess ich sollte 36 EUR bis zum Ende des nächsten Tages überweisen, und den Rest dann in bar dort zahlen wenn wir angekommen sind. Ich habe noch in einer Mail nach den Stornierungbedingungen gefragt, es hiess es gibt keine…. (?!?) Am nächsten Morgen habe ich die Überweisung per Wise getätigt. Nachmittags fragte Becycle in einer Mail nach einer Bestätigung, da sie sonst die Reservierung nicht halten könnten. Ich habe geantwortet, dass ich nicht wüsste, was sie mit Bestätigung meinten, habe aber einen Nachweis über die Wise-Überweisung mitgeschickt. Am nächsten Morgen um 7 kam ein Stornierungmail von denen, da ich keine Bestätigung geschickt haben sollte. Dann um 8:43 wieder eine Mail: sie haben mein Geld bekommen, ich sollte die zweite Rate laut Ihrer Rechnung auch bezahlen, und dann würden sie eine Bestätigung schicken. Auf der Rechnung stand Bezahlung der zweiten Rate bei Ankunft… Da klar war, dass die Leute da im besten Fall keine Ahnung darüber haben, was sie tun, habe ich zurückgeschrieben, dass sie mir schon storniert haben, und ich das akzeptiere, und mein Geld zurückhaben möchte. Keine Antwort, kein Geld zurück… nicht dass mich das überrascht hätte. Foglaltam a honlapjukon egy szobát. Arról volt szó, hogy utaljak át másnap estig 36 eurót, és a maradékot érkezéskor kell fizetni készpénzben. Mailben rákérdeztem a sztornófeltételekre, azt a választ kaptam, hogy ilyenjeik nincsenek…. (?!?) Következő reggel utaltam a Wise-zal. Délután a Becycle egy mailben igazolást kért, mert különben nem tudja tartani a szobát. Megírtam neki, hogy nem tudom, mit kellene igazolnom, de elküldtem neki a Wise átutalási igazolását. Másnap reggel 7-kor jött tőlük egy mail, hogy lemondják a foglalásomat, mert nem küldtem igazolást. The Check in was wonderful, prefect instructions were sent in advance. Fantastic communication before, during and after my stay. The appartment was brilliant, wonderfully designed. Very clean and also nice and quiet. A great location too. Only once very small downside, getting up the steps to the mezzanine floor of the appartment was a little tricky as i am 6' 2". but was fine once i got used to it. I would really recomend this place
