The rooms are nicely appointed, but the beds were too firm, and felt smaller than Queen sized bed.
Rooms were not serviced the entire length of our stay (4 nights). We expected that we were just inadvertently skipped and they would make it up to us. Clearly we didn't expect to have to ask the desk what was wrong. Found out later that there was a small sign at the lobby desk that informed guests that they had to REQUEST maid service. Hmmm, not too sure about that.
Staff truly felt uninterested in what might make our stay a bit more pleasant.
Breakfast consisted of requesting a menu the night before, then receiving food items by picking them up at the lobby desk. The "food" was something you might find at a Shell station "Grab-N-Go".
We've stayed at this location before and the stay was so memorable, that we came back again. We're so disappointed in the ease that staff refer to "COVID" as an excuse for poor service and food provisions.
We won't make this mistake again.
