Fantastic place for us and dog. Good place to relax without car. Good place to play with children. A good staff. Perfect the structure too. Nice restaurant. Confortable Eco house. Very good Beuty and Wellness operator for massage, her name Michelangela.

The village is very good although the pool is a bit small compared to the number of people in the hotel. The hotel is complete from an activity point of view (football field, tennis, volleyball, kayak and pedalo). The animators are very nice. GIADA IS THE BEST ONE. GIADA 🔝🔛. In this hotel you also have access to the sea with a diving board. There is also a bathing area for dogs and also a walking area. The hotel is clean and cleaned daily. For families and holidays this hotel is perfect, on the other hand if you want to book take it in advance because it is always full.

Everything but the food! Don’t get the half or full pension! Bars, place and staff are fine, but how on earth the restaurant manages to screw up a simple pasta sugo baffles me to no end - and don’t get me started on the antipasti buffet, which looks like a bomb went off in a container of week old leftovers…

Nice staff, good pool, opportunity for kayaking and pedalo boats. Nice local area. The loud night time shows could be a problem (9 to 12pm), in this case get one of the huts further up the hill. The phone app is a good idea, but would be fantastic if it was also in other languages (not just Italian).

AVOID AS A FOREIGN TOURIST! The worst lodging experience we had in our whole trip in Italy. Their whole staff does NOT speak English (except a waiter) and are unqualified for foreign tourists. They even get aggressive when someone doesn't understand their instructions. They developed an App, which is only in Italian and no chance of changing language. They don't care nor apply any COVID protocols, we were never checked our Green Pass nor even got our temperature checked. The swimming pool is super crowded with kids and people who do not respect social distancing nor the swimming pool reservations. Except for the swimming pool area, the infrastructure is old and outdated. The activities are few and boring, they take place only in Italian, with only one show per night (ex. Kids Dance) followed by cheap animation by the same staff. The food is very low quality, with cheap whine (obtained from the juice dispenser), not even the breakfast is appropriate. We stayed one night and asked a full refund, which they refused to give until we warned them that we will call our lawyer. Each night costs more than 170€ plus made up beach taxes. This is extremely overpriced and completely not worth it given the above-mentioned problems.

Alloggi puliti e nuovi, cibo ottimo, vista mozzafiato, ampi spazi per attività all'aperto e al coperto! Consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza in serenità

Bellissimo villaggio ben dotato e ben organizzato, in continuo aggiornamento e miglioramento. Vista bellissima, cibo al ristorante buono ed abbondante, spiaggia e villaggio ben tenuti e sempre puliti. A disposizione dei vacanzieri c’è una palestra con il necessario per fare sport e al mare canoe piccole e grandi.

Esperienza da non rivivere Personale invadente e scortese,ti cacciavano dalla piscina e dalla spiaggia chiudendo gli ombrelloni e/o non ti permettevano di aprirli per un po' di ombra e nel momento in cui mi sono chiesto dove andare pensavo che il cameriere del ristorante è stato messo sull attenti la seconda giornata,la spiaggia è fiancheggiata dallo scarico del loro depuratore che favorisce profumi e proliferare di alghe con annessa scogliera ad effetto palude, il bar apriva sempre tardi e per gli appassionati del caffè bisogna aspettare tarda mattinata sempre se non passi sotto la terrazza e le donne delle pulizie ti annaffiano con il tubo dell'acqua, dormire con le formiche per alcuni potrebbe essere terapeutico e tenere la porta del bagno chiusa era necessario per i cattivi odori nella casetta ma l'area cani lascia a desiderare. Detto questo dopo aver chiesto di parlare con qualcuno per spiegazioni dei vari problemi il gestore non si è nemmeno degnato di farsi vedere in faccia. Ringrazio i ragazzi dell' animazione per aver fatto divertire nostro figlio così da non sciupare una meritata vacanza estiva
