팰리스 호텔 & 스파 테르마스 데 상 비센테(Palace Hotel & Spa - Termas de Sao Vicente)

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I certainly wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The decor is dated. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly nor was the Wi-Fi. The food was very average and the reception staff seemed very blazé about any problems! The restaurant staff were helpful despite the poor menu. We didn't try the spa facilities so I can't comment.

A very old and tired hotel. Room had not been aired for a long time so smelled damp and musty - I had to open the window as soon as I entered the room. Old furniture, old and dilapidated bathroom / shower. Span and gym not available. Swimming pool available but costs €18 for a swim! I dont expect to pay as a guest of the hotel. Breakfast OK - coffee cold.

2.5 stars would probably be fair. My room was missing the fridge, there was an empty hole in the unit where it should have been. A couple of the lights in the room weren't working, and the bath surface was flaking off and the safe didn't work. In general it just felt a little run down and in need of a little tlc, The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff that were available were very friendly and helpful, although there was a definite lack of them. Breakfast & Dinner are buffet affairs, nothing special, but plentiful choice and amounts.

Stayed here as a group when visiting Porto. A little too far from Porto to be convenient for visiting the city. The hotel is fine...just nothing special about it. Staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are comfortable, if a little dark for my taste. Well equipped bathroom with robex. Food in general was good and plentiful. We didn't use the spa but we're told it was good. It does cost to use the pool but this is because it is a spa pool not an ordinary swimming pool. I feel the hotel could have been better with more attention paid to details e.g. the safes didn't work (despite asking on multiple occasions), the orange juice at breakfast was very weak etc

If you don’t speak English please translate as it is important for you! traveled a lot in my live, don’t choose this place! I booked two night’s and prepaid This place is a complete joke referring to the „4 Stars category“ Physical: We received a room with bathroom in unacceptable condition. Any joint/connection done with silicon was full of mold! We complained and got a different room. This room was generally in same size and condition and “lucky” the bathroom was only 90% as bad like the room before. Managing: Portugal is well known for their “Galao”, which is more or less similar to Italian “Latte Machiato” As we have seen a professional espresso coffee machine, my wife an me got the cheekynes to ask for such Galao. The waitress explained that on the breakfast buffet is the cattle with instant coffee and the milk is beside. “They do not serve any extras” Ok, we got the information , took our coffees and went to our tables. 2 min later different girl from staff comes, started the espresso machine, prepare here self a “Galao” I asked kindly whether it’s possible to get one as well. The girl said that I have to pay extra. We left this “Installation ” immediately To all who will read this: Physically this place is over its time. Setup remind you of the 60’s Managed like an old communist hostal

Hotel was a good location for a wedding venue we were attending, although not much around the area. The breakfast was not very nice, and there were no snacks or food available for people arriving late in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, however there were stains in the bathrooms and communal areas were quite shabby. When walking down some stairs to the pool, they were crumbling beneath my parents feet. It is extremely expensive to get into Porto unless you want to take a 2.5 hour bus.

Skulle betale 20 euro for at benytte pool. Der var ingen morgenmad tilbage, selvom vi kom i god tid

Não se entende como este hotel está aberto. Se conhecem o filme "Shining" podem ter uma ideia do que vão encontrar. Tudo é antiquado, não funciona ou funciona mal. A comida é sofrível e requer uma inspeção da ASAE. Por fim, a limpeza ou a falta dela: cabelos no chão em todo o quarto inclusive no WC e em toda a roupa de cama. Chocante.

Mi hijo estuvo de fin de curso y el peor trato que han podido recibir. Se han quedado la fianza de todos los chavales cerca de 3300€. Cuando no han ocasionado ningún desperfecto, y el trato a los chicos y los profesores fue de lo peor. Lamentable el servicio, las habitaciones antiguas, pasillos oscuros con habitaciones abiertas y sin limpiar.Han arruinado la última excursión que tenían . Espero que cualquier viajero que lea está opinión le sirva para algo .
