코브 헤이븐 리조트(Cove Haven Resort)

My husband and I have now been here 2 times. We were disappointed at check in as there was a long line at check in time and we were told.our room not.ready and we would.get a call.when it was 1 hr later and 70$ later at Spooners cafe/bar...it still was not ready. Remember we pay a lot for a night to use the rooms amenities. Finally my husband went in and there werw people just checking in after us well after us getting rooms...he had to throw a slight stink and get a room we waited 90 min for...they need to do better as we were 1 of at leaat a dozen who waited over an hr for a room. Our room was very clean and large...love the pool and size of room. We live the step back in time feel of the area and got great service 2 times at spooners by the young man bartender/ server. We plan to return but hope to not encounter the late check in and over 3 hr wait for a couple towels. We love the spot so were surprised by these couple.things but the place looks as though they are constantly improving and we enjoy our getaway.

Me and my Boyfriend had a good time but I do have some things that need to be said .First check in suppose to be at 330 they didn’t give us the room until 430 and it was still missing some blanket . So the facility needs a update it's to outdated the games are old the buildings look rundown with water damage on the ceiling and rust and dirt on the outside the building. I also feel there needs to be more entertainment once you do all the games and go to a few shows there really nothing else to do and stuff should stay open longer not close at 10 or 1130pm I didn't like how there was no microwave but we get a mini fridge , also the food you get at the restaurant/fancy dinner was not good at all the bar food was better other then that we had a good time but these issues should be addressed!

My only complaint is for $500 a night, our room should have been an updated room, and it was far from that. I enjoyed the property, activities, and food, i will probably go back, but i wont pay for the champagne towers, the room looked like it hadnt been updated in many years, and for the price i paid, that was very disappointing. The room i had wasn't worth close to that kind of money.

Pool was cold supposed to be heated pool had to change. Rooms was not happy at all condition is very outdated.

I like that it was adults only. But, the night club is only if on Fridays and Saturdays ONLY if they have live entertainment 😕. Ummm, I asked the staff what's their busiest time, they said Valentine's Day week. They should have definitely had that arranged so that all these amazing couples can go dancing that week.All the staff was extremely nice. The food was delicious.

Great for a weekend escape! We loveeeeeddddd it! Get the room with the pool, you will love it, trust me!

Nice place. I abit upset of not having hot water but overall nice romantic place. This is my second time going.

No hot water. As a result, had to cancel on dinner because couldn’t shower on time for it. Had to wait 1 hour from check in time for hot water to start working but it’s not very hot and therefore cannot use the number one amenity, the jetted heart shaped hot tub.

We booked the champagne tower suite wo high is huge. The activities on the resort property are great. But I feel the rooms need to be updated as they look really old.
