Vista Suites Near Leconte Convention Center

Location was great next to local attractions walking distance from distillery and food. Wifi is terrible. Wifi does not reach inside the hotel room. Breakfast is not the greatest. Regular powder eggs with soggy biscuits but fresh ready to make waffles.

I would run away from this place. The manager(owner) is very rude. Checked in at 5pm went to go eat came back to go to our room got cart that was homemade(welded) was afraid it would fall apart. Got in room. Smelled musty, had mold and mildew. Full size beds (2) and twin sofa couch for 6 people total. No way. Faucets on tub were ready to come off. Handicap rail in tub was so unsafe. Sofa bed had mold and mildew and he tried to tell us it was glue. When we went to complain he got very rude and said he would fix the problem. To gather our stuff and meet downstairs. We did jus5 to be thrown out at 12:15am. He cursed us really bad. My son is sick on oxygen and medical problems, myself have a lung disease, and the mawmaw is 76. It was 39 degrees outside and Thanksgiving week and trying to find another place to stay was horrible. Luckily we did.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at stains on the bed hairs on the towels and the GUY that owns the place is a butt. He is rude and mean. But if you do stay here make sure you have everything because I tried to buy toothpaste and it said $3.00 but then went and charged extra. Then when we checked out the guy that I guess they just hired WAS SLEEPING ON THE COUCH IN THE LOBBY. Then it took about an HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTE TO TO CHECK OUT because the man that is the owner which is the mean man took FOREVER BECAUSE HE DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK. So is you are looking for a good hotel DONT STAY AT THIS ONE. Go to the one across the street.

Vista Suites Pigeon Forge Hotel Pigeon Forge Hotel of Organized Crime!!!! ********* I want to start this review by saying the young lady who helped us make reservations and get our room should get a good rating. Now on from there my family and I had three rooms total the weekend we stayed here. To start, the heated pool was not heated. The rooms were freezing cold when we arrived as well was the lobby where breakfast was served. Let's move on to the following weekend which was this past weekend and none of us made a reservation nor had plans to go back. One the elevators were not equipped to hold my mobility scooter during our stay, my wife had to physically turned it sideways to get it on. Big safety Hazzard for a disabled person. I was able to leave it in the hallway near our room instead of fighting to get it in the room. Continuing on to the weekend we did not stay nor made reservations to stay. My brother-in-law got a notice from his bank that this hotel had ran his card for a room. He contacted them and asked why, the man said he would call back and never did. We are local Tennessee residents so he went up there to see why. My sister ended up calling the police who tried to help, but still no refund by the hotel. The police suggested for him to dispute this at his bank and then the man at the hotel tried to get him to pay $20 instead of disputing the charge which my brother-in-law refused to do. So folks beware this hotel has an organized crime racket going on in my professional opinion. I say that because I'm a retired officer of 20 years. I do not recommend anyone staying here and I sure hope that something is done about these matters. I sure hope they don't not try this with my card or anyone else's card.

I tried to park up front, the doors were locked, with a number to call nobody answered, I had to go around back to get in. Nobody at the desk i had to keep calling, and tried telling for someone to come out. A lady was standing there that had been there 30 min trying to get sometime out there to check her in. I googled the number and the front desk phone rang and a girl came right out, so the number they posted on the front door is wrong. The lady in front of me was showing the girl her reservation on the phone that she booked a king room, the front desk girl refused to put her in it and wanted more money, even though the lady had proof that is what she booked. I should have left but I didn't and I got checked in, then asked the front desk lady what time was breakfast, she told me they don't do breakfast, online says free breakfast everywhere. I get a luggage cart, they carts are tiny and barely usable, loaded my stuff and try to go to my room. The tiny luggage cart couldn't even get through the hallway they had it so packed with boxes of stuff, get to my room and there is trash in the floor and blood on the top sheet. The top sheet as soon as you look at the bed, I did not even try to pull it down. I didn't even try to stay after the that. I went to front desk to check out and I told her the blood, no breakfast, and I couldn't hardly get to the room with all the stuff in the hall. She offered me a room with no stuff in the hall and I declined, she should have put us there to begin with. The whole experience here was miserable. And on top of that she won't answer the 3rd party I booked with to refund me. So I am fighting for my money back at a place I didn't even stay in.

This was just a place to lay our heads for 1 night. We arrived really late 8pm due to an exciting day in Dollywood. Location was the main reason we stayed. It was less than 10min from Dollywood and was away from the high traffic of Piegon Forge. The Manager argued the whole time at my husband that his car parked at the entrance was keeping the doors open (they werent), it was also December and very cold we have small children to have to run across a parking lot in cold weather. Second the room door was broken, it would not open. The elevator was very dirty and smelled aweful. Again it was for one night and their flyer offered breakfast at 7am. Looking past the elevator and the Manager, the room seemed okay at a glance. It had lots of room, it had a nice view and we were so tired it was nice to just be able to sleep. I gave the kids a bath to find out the rod was held up by the curtain, there was no hair dryer on the wall. The sheets smelled very clean I'll give them that despite the few stains on a pillow, however after being home for a day I found I had been bitten by what I would assume to be bed bugs. Only I had a reaction thankfully but how aweful to pay so much for literally 12hrs. We went down the morning we left to find that the main lobby was freezing. Breakfast said in the room on the TV Stan 7am, when we called the desk clerk who I might add lives in the hotel with her boyfriend and was asleep, we had to wake her said 7:45. It was partially done by 8. We had to practically shake the waffle mix to get it out, just tasted watered down, the muffins were cold, no meat yogurt or fruit and no creamer for coffee or milk. I would have been better of ate fast food. I paid 160 for 1 night. In my opinion don't go it isn't worth it, you can't find and staff and by any I mean the 1 lady and her boyfriend. The manager is rude and thinks he knows it all but in reality they have no idea how to run a hotel. It's nothing more than a roach motel. Choose elsewhere!
