The front desk clerk had an attitude and we couldn’t check in 10 mins early. I understand if it was an hr or more but 10 mins

Our door did not lock, the shower was dirty, my kids found a makeup sponge and nose ring on the floor. The room was obviously not properly cleaned. There were locals (possibly homeless) hanging around in the parking lot when I was trying to load my car.

The hotel is pretty nice for what I needed. I was just sleeping and showering and then I was gone for the day.

Hotel staff was amazing! The beds were too hard and the rooms were pretty cramped. You should definitely bring your own pillows. The commode sits right beside the sink, literally right up on it in the bathroom. The clerk at the front desk was so nice, but the rooms are small.

We were late checking in but the girl at the desk was cheerful and kind. She even made sure we had some bottles of water.

The hotel was amazing! Close to everything. The lady at the desk was nice and the room was just right. Bed was comfortable.

You get what you pay for. A friend of mine and I booked a single bed room and as soon as we walked in it had an old, mildew-ey type smell. The bathroom mat in the tub had nasty black residue underneath it and it looked like it hadn’t been changed since the hotel was built. The trim in some areas of the room looked like it had seen better days too. Overall it was in a good location but a 3.5/10. The bed was clean and the floor was vacuumed, but even still, a certain level of cleanliness needs to be upheld for any type of hotel no matter the price or location.

Neede to be renovated, nothing like the pictures. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep due to noise upstairs ( Could hear people walking, bathroom noise), walls were thin also. The outside looked like it was a nice hotel, but it wasn’t inside. Wouldn’t stay there again! The check in lady was extremely nice though.

Found roaches in my room (I took pictures) so I checked out early and was told I would receive an refund for the unused portion of my stay and they now won’t respond to me & didn’t issue the refund.
