Oakmont Resort by Evrentals

The Oakmont is a bit older property but they have kept it up and is very clean. It is in a central location and easy to get around the area. The units especially the kitchen are a bit small but except for the beds was comfortable. The unit was very clean which is much appreciated. The pool is very nice and the area around the units is clean and has nice seating areas. My husband and I would sit in the evenings on the swings. We felt very safe even at night. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Hidden fees for staying at resort less then 7 days have pay cleaning fees. Had call maintenance to check in after 5 pm

Negative impression. Room was not cleaned to expectations. The smell was terrible. Found a used tampon under a bed which was probably the culprit of the smell. Had to spray and disinfect before we could stand it. Location is great. The grounds were good. I was told we were in one the unremodeled units. So theres that.

I was very happy with the amenities, the cleanliness of the unit, the friendly and helpful staff. I also liked the fact it was within walking distance to the Old Mill Shopping Area and trollies.

Jets I’m bathtub put out black stuff when turned in . Roaches at pool and outside door . Otherwise clean and convenient. Bed is uncomfortable.

Check in was very fast, the other people around there very friendly and sociable. We even had a check up call to see how things were going as well as info. The lady that spoke with us very amazing nice lady.

Closest Condo to the ***** in Pigeon Forge. Clean and efficient woth plenty of room . Bld. 5 rooms are still a little older but we're told updates were soon. Just upgrade the bed to King size.

This is a great resort in a great location with clean and updated rooms. With a nice pool and laundry available to use. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family

This resort is very close to Dollywood and the major Pigein Forge attractions. It has a nice large pool with a hot tub.
