레시덴체 올레안드로(Residence Oleandro)

We had a fantastic 5 day break. Marieangela and her husband were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival we were offered a bigger apartment, which was immaculate and appropriately equipped for the number of guests. Parking was provided on site free of charge which was an added bonus for us as we had a large van. There was also a secure area for my husband’s bike. The walk to and from the beach wasn’t as bad as I was expecting after reading previous reviews. There is a Lidl within a few minutes from the apartment. Having access to 2 swimming pools was a bonus. Plenty of seats around the pool. We bought breakfast every morning as the pastries & breads were delicious and were made on site each morning. The resort is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, a great break and I can thoroughly recommend this residence. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

We stayed for 5 nights in the superior studio, which was nice because of our dog, who joined us. The studio has A small terrace overlooking - in the distance - the sea. The studio was good, but a bit simple equipped. The airco worked well, but you have to pay for it. The Bread service was nice! There are to swimmingpools. One for kids and one relax pool. The last one is nice but the sun terrace is A bit small. Parking is A bit of A problem. For every appartment there is a parking place, but is it really tight when you have a Bigger Car… The owners are friendly and helpful! A little minus is the check-out procedure. In advance you have to make an appointment for checking out, between 7 am and 9 am. We had it at 8:45am, but after 9:15am one of the owners came by and checked our studio. After that we could pay. With a delay of one our we could leave.

We had a wonderful family holiday here; the apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a simple but well equipped kitchen area. Our balcony was large with plenty of room to eat outdoors and a lovely view stretching up the hill and to the mountains beyond. The swimming pools are a real bonus; one is small but very relaxing- the other is a good size for families to swim and play in. Marieangela and Pierre Luigi go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, giving a really personal feel to your stay. The walk down to public beaches takes about quarter of an hour in one direction, slightly longer to the main one in central Pietra Ligure. It’s worth-while turning right uphill out of the apartments and finding the little steps down to the town rather than heading down the road way to the centre of town. Don’t be put off by the neglected looking government buildings down near the station; the rest of Pietra Ligure was a good base for a family holiday with plenty of places to eat, a good free beach and friendly people. Highly recommended!

We traveled as a group of two adults and two teenagers and rented two apartments at the Residence Oleandro. They are newly renovated and therefore were in a very good condition. The teenagers loved the "fun pool" and while we adults spent time at the "relax pool". In the morning there is a bread/croissant/focaccia service (to be ordered the day before). We appreciated that we could park our mountain bikesin a lockable room. The manager Mariangela was exceptionally warm and helpful.

Stayed here with my family for 5 nights. It was super! Started with a problem because we booked, based on the pictures on the website, the 2 bedroom apartment but it was not like the pictures. Those are of the top floor and we were offered the downstairs apartment next to the road and parking with no privacy at all. Lucky for us there was a 1 bedroom apartment available at the 2 floor with a beautiful view and big terrace. Apartment is really spacious and nice, well equipped and very clean. It overlooked the pool for adults which is quiet and nice. The place is really special because of Mariaangela and her husband who are so friendly and helpful. They work really hard to make you holiday special. Great tips for restaurants and things to do.

Il Residence Oleandro è il posto perfetto per una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e del pieno confort in ogni cosa. Gli appartamenti sono belli, spaziosi, e totalmente comodi. Consiglio quelli con vista mare e terrazzo! Il meglio in assoluto

L'emplacement de la résidence est parfait : à 10 minutes à pied de la gare et des arrêts de bus, à 15 minutes du centre animé et de la plage.Au calme et dans la verdure ,les bougainvilliers,les oliviers et les citronniers. Les appartements sont de belles proportions,souvent avec une double exposition,terrasses ou balcons donnant sur la mer et /ou la montagne. Rien ne manque: transats,étendoir,vaisselle,batterie de cuisine de qualité...et surtout une propreté parfaite, dans les détails. Comme c'est appréciable, une piscine vraiment zen,bordée de romarin face à la montagne, et bien séparée de la piscine familiale! On y va pour le confort et le bon rapport qualité prix,et on y rencontre les propriétaires d'une gentillesse, d'un désir de satisfaire les pensionnaires, d'un professionalisme rares.On se sent en sécurité, rassuré par leur disponibilité et leur réactivité . Leur démarche eco-responsable est aussi appreciable Merci Mariangela et Pier Luigi pour nous faire sentir chez nous,chez vous!

Esperienza di vacanza in famiglia con bambino piccolo assolutamente piacevole, non solo per la struttura e la posizione, ma anche (e soprattutto) per la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Consigliato!

Superbe résidence, avec belle piscine, jeux pour les enfants petite salle de loisirs avec du matériel de sport. Un petit café près de la réception. A la réception, l’accueil est très sympathique, tout le monde est souriant et arrangeant. L’ Appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Les draps, les serviettes, un torchon, quelques échantillons de savon sont à disposition. La propreté que nous avons trouvée à notre arrivée était impeccable. Je confirme qu'une juste contribution est demandée au départ pour le ménage final, car il est très bien fait par leur personnel (ne pas y laisser les poubelles). Le centre ville est à 12 minutes à pieds en passant par de jolis raccourcis piétons. C’était vraiment un très bon séjour. Merci!
