더 무사퍼 트래블 로지(The Musafer Travel Lodge)

I was pleased to be hosted by this lodge. Very hospitable. It is situated in town and so I didn't have to drive far looking for a night stay. The place is clean, cozy and comfortable. This accommodation is perfect for all travelers

Excellent customer service from all the staff members and owner. Clean rooms and linen. Central location which is relatively safe. Will stay here again should we travel to this part of the Country. We were in PMB for a cricket tour.

My stay was quite nice as the place is so quiet peace of mind, no noise i will definitely recommend the place especially if you traveling for business... The place is very clean and tidy the service is good

when we arrived at the Lodge we found the receptionist guy waiting for us he was not so welcoming, talking to him was like we are bothering him , he was just so rude and moody. when we ask him about when we can make tea, he answered with a very low voice we couldn't even hear what he was saying, and he left.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat. Mattresses could be more firm. The Salaah facility was not available as it was occupied by beds. The biggest issue we had was communication and availability of admin staff. I messaged via bookings.com and received zero response. My questions were not answered regarding my stay. The contact number didn't work either. When we arrived at the time we had stipulated for our our arrival 23h00 (after a long drive from Johannesburg), there was no one to open and let us in. We waited outside the property for a long time. It's not the best thing for safety and security to have to wait in the street. None of the contact numbers were being answered. Just rang and rang. Eventually a guest who arrived some time later had some other contact number. Not sure how and where he got the number as that number is not on the website not on bookings.com. Finally a very groggy admin person came and opened up and dragged his feet along showing us our rooms. If the Musafer lodge gets its communications and admin jacked up, they will definitely have better ratings.

I was pleasantly surprised with the relax environment, friendly staff and guests and amenities. Rooms were comfortable and parking for my vehicle was safe for the evening. The tea and coffees that were provided was most welcome. I will definitely stay over again for future events.

After I booked this place tried to get hold of the host could not go through went to look for this place location took me to some dodgy place and was late at night with the kids I could not risk stopping at that place whilst I could not even get hold of the host.I was left stranded with the kids

Avery thing about the guest house was good even the staff was on very professional and very helpful. The only disappointment was the location, it seemed rough at first glance but I had a pleasant sleep without any incident

My family of 10 spend 5 nights here we hosted my brothers wedding . This place is outstanding. Very comfortable, all the rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The Common areas are very well kept and had everything to make it a home away from home. The main thing that stood out was how clean and well kept everything was. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. When we left all of us agreed that on our next trip to PMB this is were we want to stay.
