에픽 호텔(Epic Hotel)

Lage des Hotels ok, gegenüber gleich Tankstelle, viele Parkplätze, weit vom Zentrum entfernt, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, sehr hellhörig, sauber, Kühlschrank/Mikrowelle/Kaffeemaschine/Bügeleisen

The property and room were clean. The guy at the front desk was constantly watching my every move felt very uncomfortable. Save yourself the headache and chose a different hotel

This property was not as advertised. When i arrived the staff was nice enough. I have no problem with them. However, after i arrived i went out to grab some food. When i got back to the hotel room the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly and there was a terrible smell in the room. I would describe it as a sewage smell. I could not resolve this issue because all of the words and the numbers on the unit were not readable as they were missing. So i was basically just pushing buttons hoping I could land on the right combination to get it to cool. I thought i got it at one point so i went to sleep. Apparently i did not get it to work because i was hot and miserable all night long. Another thing i would like to point out was that the fitted sheet on the mattress did not cover the entire mattress. I was about a foot short from the foot end. So i felt the rough part of the mattress all night long. So the next morning after a terrible nights sleep i went into the batroom to shower. I set my backpack on the floor of the bathroom by the door. When i was done showering i went to grab my clothes out of my backpack to discover that they were wet. I looked at the floor and it was covered in water from the shower. Now this could be my fault but I have been to many hotels in my life and never had a shower leak so bad in my life. All in all i feel like the rating on this hotel is greatly exaggerated. I will not be staying here again.

I really enjoyed staying at Epic Hotel! The guys working the front desk were so nice and accommodating!! The hotel is in really nice condition and the property is clean and feels safe! Also it was affordable which is a huge plus!! My only complaint is the ice machine was out of service.

Room is misrepresented in the pictures it was dirty, damaged sink shower rod , missing lights . Smelled like urine.

Easy check in and check out. Floors could’ve been swept better to reduce the amount of dust on floor. Overall decently clean.

They cancelled my reservation after not being able to reach me. When I arrived to hotel he asked me why I didn’t answer my phone 😯 and my room was cancelled

I really enjoyed the stay the man working jay is nice and helpful made our stay so many stars very good

The gentleman who checked us in told us lots of jokes while we were getting our keys, and was a very friendly person. The room itself was adequate, pretty clean, however for the life of us we could not find the tv remote, and there were signs of it being an older room (spots on the carpet, markings on the walls). For a one night stay though no overall major complaints
