더 프런트 호텔 앤드 아파트먼트 후기

여기 중국에서 묵지 마세요. 프론트가 중국어를 못하더라도 영어도 매우 서툴러요. 체크인할 때 시티뷰 룸이라고 강조도 했는데요. 휴대폰도 안 놓고 가셨고, 프론트에 이메일 주소가 있어요. 프론트에서 실수를 해서 허락 없이 방까지 옮겼어요. 짐도 빼앗아 갔죠. 보통 체크인할 때 귀중품, 현금, 여권 등은 모두 방에 넣어 두곤 하더군요. 그런데 그러더군요. 위기관리방식에 따라 짐도 무단으로 가져갔네요 정말 안좋았습니다 아 베트남 파통은 가지마세요 옆에 묵으면 호텔 퀄리티도 별로고 객실도 별로에요 , 그리고 태도는 더욱 나쁩니다. 거기 머물지 마십시오.

전망이 좋고, 매우 조용합니다.

호텔은 좋습니다. 해변은 길 건너편에 있습니다. 모퉁이를 돌고 야시장까지 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 엘리베이터가 없으며 보증금 2,000바트가 필요합니다.

전망은 좋은데 호텔에 엘리베이터가 없습니다 계단을 올라가는 길이 너무 무섭고 난간도 없으니 만취하신 분들은 여기 계시지 마세요 🫣😬

The pros are the resort has a great location. Thre rooms are nice. The cons are there is no elevator and we were on the 5th floor which is actually like the 7th floor. However, the view from the 5th floor is beautiful. The stairways are narrow and there is no handrail on one side(not good for families traveling with small children) the front desk is not that accomodating especially after traveling many hours to get there. They also have a scam which I read about in another review . When you check out they will try to bill you for the mini bar. Make sure to take pics when you get to the room and when you leave. They get you for small stuff which you would just pay for but it's just not cool. When we got there there was only one coke in the fridge. When we left,they said there were 2 and we drank one. I showed them pics of the fridge when we checked in and when we left.they apologized but still think it's not cool. Also,they are only in the office till 12am. If you forget your key,you are out of luck and they lock the front doors.

This property is just far enough out from Bangla Road to be able to enjoy a bit of quiet. The staff are friendly, beds comfortable and the room clean.

I booked two nights at the front - and I wanted to modify my booking and arrive two days earlier from Krabi to Phuket Patong as I had already a reservation at the front I thought ok I’ll book with them - I emailed the owner his name is Dr. Giorgio Latuada that I want to modify my booking and arrive earlier with two days prior and I enquired regarding the availability and rate - he replied to my email that he has availability for the dates that I have mentioned and the same rate apply he said. Based on his confirmation, I left krabi to Phuket once I reached the hotel the receptionist Jennifer told me that they don’t have availability noting that the owner has already confirmed to me via email. They didn’t accommodate me and I had to look for another hotel with my luggage. After two days passed I went back for my check in, the receptionist insisted on me to have a 2000baht deposit or I can’t do the check in we had a small argument about that then she told me you can keep your passport as guarantee (I have been in Bangkok/krabi/ Phuket in another hotel none of them requested a deposit.) I understand that it might be the hotel policy but after what I have experienced they could have done an exception even though I requested from her to empty the mini bar and the other stuff. In terms of property the room doesn’t have a phone I asked the receptionist what if the guest has an emergency ?!! The safety box was kinda broken then I asked her about it she gave me the key however she could have gave it to me since the beginning… the towels are very old - they don’t provide breakfast, and it is situated at the end of Patong it is not practical if you like to walk it is almost 15 to 20 mnts to bangla road. The HK didn’t really clean the bed properly as there was still sand on the sheets… Their check out is at 11am !! I had to request one more hour thanks to Pom she extend my stay to one hour. I do not recommend this hotel due to their customer service and location.

Apart from the location this apartment block is just plain bad! The aircon in our room didn’t work properly and was extremely noisy, the walls were paper thin, bed rock hard, pool tiny, furniture dated. Much better hotels nearby for the price.

Within 18 meters of the sand and ocean. Modern, friendly staff, cute pool, good bed mattresses and linen. The Best views of the entire bay. Powerlines now underground. Spotless clean everything. South building no lift!

The hotel room was nice, small and modern. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location was good - right on the beach but was down at the south end somewhat away from the noise and crowds. It was a little noisy still - could hear talking and doors banging all night long. Appreciate the fridge, the complimentary beach bag and beach mats to use. Only bad point - terrible balcony and ‘city view’ was just a wall. No view at all. Still a good choice of place to stay in patong.
