There should be an option to give ZERO stars. AVOID this place unless you want a dirty and unsafe place to stay. We did not stay & found a better hotel. Old photos on the web, buildings/rooms looked run down; the neighborhood had homeless partying, and the room looked bare with beds looking bare and dirty. Encountered occupants with dogs/cats that looked like they were permanent occupants. Wondered why the hotel had a security that was fully armed and finally realized why.

I had to wait nearly two hours after check in time to receive my room. After the key was given, I went to the room to drop off bagagge, the cleaning person was still there. She was really nice. Shower rod was broken, she had to go get another one. Even though room was non-smoking, the room smelled like smoke. Only two towels, even though there were three guests were registered. The fact that you must pay for wifi separatey should be stated more clearly. Bathroom sink was kind of backed up, and drained slowly. Showerhead is in such a way that you had to angle it just right, or water would spray everywhere.

My nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. The floor was filthy. There was a hole in the bathroom door. the front door was damaged. The pillows were lumpy. The mouse seemed happy though.

I was paying for my room and over heard about some cats the staff was going to put out on the streets so I volunteered to watch them in my room. Eventually the ownerbof the cats came and stayed iny room as well. Come check out time he wouldn't leave. He stayed in my room four extra hours smoking ***** in my room. I informed the staff he wouldn't get out. And I was still DnR'd from the property. I would never have offered to help if I knew it would result in my being banned from the property. It's not the best hotel but it's the best for the price and location is wonderful. Minus all the night walkers. I also do not like the guest restrictions. My gf was put out of their room at 3am for her letting a young couple come in to charge their phones for ten minutes. It was like 29° outside. Moral of the review; don't stay here and try to help anyone. Or you'll find yourself becoming a night walker 😉

If there were a spot for negative stars they would have received a negative 5. The room wasn’t available until 5:00 with a 3:00 check in time, the floors were filthy, shower was filthy, bathroom door didn’t close securely, insects throughout the room. If you can avoid staying here, do so AT ANY COST!

This was the first time I slept with a bat at the side of my bed. Plus, the thought of bed bugs. The room appeared to be clean, but, I was eerie of the consequences of my stay. We arrived at 9 pm, and was told it would be an additional 20 minutes before we could check in(clerk was at lunch). The front door to the hotel was locked. A side window was for check in (I believe for after hours). Do not know the reason, but was given a ADA room. The room consisted of damaged plank flooring, shabby furniture, a bed that when you sat on the side collapsed. The bathroom had no door. The toilet seat was loose. I refused to use the shower, my concern was stepping barefoot on the floor. Not sure of what germs might be present. No coffee maker, coffee or clock. Front door had been jimmed many times. The parking lot had homeless people camping out. Was concerned my car would be broken into. The heater thermostat did not operate. I would be over heated or chilled and needed to turn the unit on and off accordingly during the night. Leaving me with little sleep. The picture in their ad was a total lie. I wish I would have taken pictures. That was the last thing on my mind. Stayed in many hotels over the years. This is the first time I have written a review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. Premier Inns Metro Center of Phoenix hotel should be removed from the list of places to stay. I was to stay three days. I checked out first thing the next day. Should have checked out that night

The room was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom was disgusting with stains that looked like dead bugs, for the money I expected better.
