우리는 킹 사이즈와 소파가 있는 스위트룸을 예약했고 확인을 받았지만 호텔에서는 확인을 존중하지 않았습니다. 그들은 다른 사람을 예약한 스위트룸이 하나뿐이기 때문입니다. 하지만 그들은 우리에게 분리되지 않은 더블 침대 2개가 있는 방을 주었습니다. 우리는 도로 여행을 했기 때문에 실제로 중요하지 않았습니다. 스위트를 예약했다면 이 호텔에 연락하세요. 저는 같은 여행사를 이용해 전 세계를 여행한 지 5년이 되었지만 호텔에 연락해 예약을 확인한 적이 없습니다.

For the cost, it wasn’t bad.  Decent bed, good TV, working climate controls, enough electrical outlets to charge my devices.   The service level is low, but it’s a motor inn, not the Hilton.  That said, it was within expectations.  The location is close to the airport.  That’s great because it’s so convenient, but you get the noise from takeoffs and landings.  Shuttles don’t run on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you gotta taxi, Uber or Lyft yourself.  Sure, I’d stay there again.  From my point of view, all I want to do is sleep and wash up.  With that in mind, it fits the bill.

Not very clean, not very nice, they didn’t refund my deposit, customer service was terrible. We were flying in late at night from another state and tried to verify our reservation and airport pickup service two nights in advance and when we called the person at the front desk said she didn’t know how to check in the computer and told us to call the next day and talk to someone else. Called the next day to confirm and they did confirm the reservation but were short with me saying they would not have hotel pickup and we would have to get an Uber, not friendly at all. Flew in and finally got there and as we were checking in late at night another customer in front of us was upset because he had prepaid for a room and they insisted he pay again. Even though he had a receipt they wouldn’t allow him to check in. They didn’t attempt to problem solve with him just told him too bad and he left, upset and without a place to stay at 1230am. It was late at night and we were just glad there wasn’t a problem with our reservation. Our room looked old and not nearly as nice as the photos had been. Somehow after our stay we noticed we had picked up a contagious rash and our first thought was this motel but how can we prove it?

We cancelled the room due to a bad experience during our previous stay and let go of our room rate.

Service was good

Decent hotel for the price. Pool chairs were all broken but the pool itself was clean.

預訂時註明有免費接駁巴士，最後發現沒有提供，用USD25 uber 費用來回酒店，明不付實。

這家酒店比較老舊，設施也很古老，有機場接送車，人員禮貌熱情，但是還是太貴了，感覺不值這個價錢。

地方比較偏，不好找。必須導航才能到。 這酒店也就湊合，服務人員手腳比較慢，等了好久。 不過房間還算乾淨。

價格實惠，位置距離機場很近，有接駁車很方便。前台小姐姐人很好
