second stay in a row with an issue. last time, there was a distinct pet urine smell in the room. all that was done was to spray some deodorizer. this last time, we had a toilet valve get stuck and flood the bathroom. four calls later, we had the flooded water taken care of and the toilet fixed. I received a somewhat insincere apology email from the hotel, basically saying they will try better next time. I would expect more from a Marriot property.
