라쿠아 바이 더 레이크(Laqua by the Lake)

Everything is very nice, no complain. The only thing witch should be reviewed in the concept is parking space. When daily tourists for the restaurant and the beach club arrives, there is no parking for hotel guests.

This hotel is truly one of a kind — the setting, every detail of the rooms, the restaurant, the spa, the espresso machine in the room — we will never forget our time here. The staff was truly amazing, so genuine.

This place is amazing! We stayed with our two Kids in a two bedroom suite. We enjoyed having coffee machine fridge and cooking facilities to allow us to make a light lunch but ate breakfast and evening dinner in the restaurant. The FOH were fab and hired us e bikes straight to the hotel. The pool area was to die for with high quality beds and the pool was stunning, along with free paddle and yoga sessions etc. The food and service and ambience in that restaurant were absolutely fantastic, clearly the owners who is also head chef are so committed to the place and it shows, we had fantastic food at every meal and loved the fact that the head chef and he is also the owner walked around the restaurant to get feedback every night. My only regret is that we did not get chance to visit their sister property Villa Crespi

Amazing, stunning .. i lack adjectives to describe the quality experience. Rooms are fabulous in terms of space, quality of materials and equipment .. amenities ..and view on the lake. Service impeccable ! The bistrot offers a small but comprehensive choice of succulent, almost magical dishes, all with the “master’s touch”. Great wine choices !

We arrived at this very modern boutique hotel for 3 nights and were very impressed. The location on Lake Orta is fabulous and the grounds, although small are immaculately maintained. A heated infinity pool gives great views across the lake as does the artificial beach below it. We were given a quick tour including the pointing out of two boats available for quests to borrow but what they didn’t tell us was there is €100 per hour charge. We only found that out when we were about to take it out. We still went out on it but it would have been nice to know beforehand. The bedroom (we were in 13) was extremely nice with a separate kitchenette, small dining area and lounge area and huge balcony but the lighting is so subtle in the room, especially the bathroom, I ended up taking a mirror outside to put my makeup on! The restaurant is also in a great position overlooking the lake and the grounds and the breakfast selection was very good. That all said we weren’t particularly impressed by the staff. Indifferent is the word I would use to describe their attitude. No actual complaints, we just didn’t feel they were particularly bothered about us.

Such an amazing experience ! Great place, great hotel with great employees. Nothing to reproach, only congratulations to give to this fantastic team. Special words for Dayana, the best waitress/restaurant manager ever with so much skills. Great team at the reception desk, anticipating our needs and caring a lot for our comfort. Awesome suite with the best view on the lake, housekeeping perfect Dogs are welcome, which was very important to us, otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed there.

Tranquil and exquisite stay. Delicious food and attentive service. The room (penthouse) was perfect; the quality of the food was first class; the facilities at the spa are very good with a high standards of treatments ( especially the crypchamber. Highly recommended!

Are having a very pleasant stay at Laqua. From the first welcome and through out our days at Laqua we had a stunning experience. We actually decided to stay at the hotel one more day instead of going sightseeing. Intimate and luxurious. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Perfectly arranged and tastefull dishes as well as great service.

We came here for a long weekend at Easter. had the hotel saved for a while and also read a lot about Lake Orta being the smaller, quieter lake but still gorgeous. It was. We loved it here, the hotel was stunning, loved the design and our room very spacious with a huge terrace.
