H 럭셔리 호텔(H Luxury Hotel)

Going to the H was part of an amazing trip to Petra and WadiRum. The Hotel was recently renovated and very technological. The food was always fresh and delicious and the staff we're always there to satisfy any of our needs. Special thanks to Tito, Sarah and the staff from the Dinning Restaurant. A great deal of our experience in Jordan is related to their people. I strongly recommend the "H" if you're willing to travel to Petra.

I recently had an experience with H Luxury Hotel that compelled me to reach out and share my thoughts. While the hotel boasts an impressive exterior and offers many amenities, my personal encounter raised concerns about their customer-centric approach. I had to cancel my reservation due to a sudden medical issue, and despite providing documentation and explaining the urgency, H Luxury Hotel insisted on enforcing their cancellation fee policy. It left me questioning the level of compassion and understanding one might expect from a hospitality establishment. Before booking your next stay, I encourage you to consider not just the opulence of a hotel but also the human touch in their service. Empathy in unforeseen circumstances can make a significant difference in our travel experiences. I strongly encourage those of you planning to stay at H Luxury Hotel to thoroughly research and weigh your options before finalizing your reservation. It's crucial to consider not only the superficial aspects but also the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and their willingness to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

There were a few issues on arrival for us and our friends who were also staying. 1) we were given two twin rooms instead of a double and twin and took ages to sort out especially as one of keys didn’t work - lots of backwards and forwards to reception to resolve 2) our friends were expecting a triple room but ended up with double room and put up bed for small child and they had 15 year old. Again lots of confusion and didn’t get sorted properly. 3) main issue was good one evening - restaurant closed and advised to go to patio to eat. We ordered there and was disastrous - drinks took ages to arrive, were wrong, told we had to take Pepsi which wasn’t ordered as bill been printed, we asked for glasses for drinks of water about 3 times and finally bought wine glasses. Food ordered took over hour to arrive, one dish didn’t turn up and most arrived cold. We complained at the time and didn’t have to pay for dinner. I think some of issues due to hotel being new and teething problems. Actual rooms v luxurious and nice. Swimming pool and jacuzzi also good.

What a wonderful, restful safe place. The location was great, the views even better. Not far from the entrance of Petra and next to local shops and restaurants. This hotel is luxurious, yet practical. It has all of the basics, dining facilities, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hot bath all very clean with spectacular views. Chef Sbaih Ahmad provided a well-organized and varied buffet with tasty pastries. The food & beverage manger Mr. Samer was always on hand to provide assistance. Director Abu Al Dahab is to be commented for his staff. From his receptionists Tareq Helalat and Alqam Afnan who received us with warm hospitality to his housekeeping staff who was very efficient. Let me not forget the bell boy from India. I highly recommend this hotel

Great stay in Petra with my friends. The structure is approximately 300 meters from the entrance to the ancient part. Excellent staff service. Momen showed hospitality, sympathy and professionalism. We can't wait to return to this lovely place.

Just wanted to share my recent experience at the H luxury hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The hotel itself was breathtaking, with stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream come true. And let's not forget about Afnan - their dedication and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. I can't express how satisfied and grateful I am for this wonderful experience. If given the chance, I would definitely go back. Hope this brings a smile to your face, just like it did to mine.
