Stayed here many times and don’t normally leave reviews to be honest When we arrived we was greeted warmly by a friendly member of staff named Tina There was a problem with my company’s credit card so the transaction declined Tina was absolutely amazing she reassured us it would be sorted and went well out of her way to get everything sorted and organised She even said go for a pint and I’ll sort it which we did only for Tina to take the time and effort to actually come into the bar and say that’s all completed and sorted now so we could check in Not only that she let us leave our bags at reception so we wasn’t carting them about This is the 1st time iv ever felt relaxed and at ease when dealing with members of staff Absolutely 1st class service from her can’t praise her enough 5 ⭐️ from me

Usually stay at another Premier Inn in Peterborough but trouble with the dates, so chose here. Was pleasantly surprised as surroundings better than I thought they would be. Very clean, staff attentive with treats, which was really nice. Might use this one in future

Amazing staff and although dated very clean hotel. Little treats on check in made to feel very special.sam and bev on reception very friendly and chatty lovely food and drink in next door restaurant lots of shops etc within walking distance and hotel let's you have takeaways deliverex

Stayed for 1 night and although the room was fine the eating wasn't great in their advertised next door restaurant. Pub next door struck me as "a bit rough" and my fish and chips were not good although my partners curry was fine. Would I stay again ? Maybe , but would eat elsewhere

Friendly efficient services especially in the restaurant for Breakfast. Jan was very attentive and provided us with a lovely hot meal - even offered us some goodies to take away for the road back home. The room was comfortable and the area pleasantly quiet.

Excellent stay accommodated by Bev and Tina, honestly there in the wrong jobs they should be stand up comedians had me in stitches throughout my stay, would highly recommend to anyone coming to stay to pay these ladies a visit, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied

Pleasant stay. An issue with electrics I let reception know as I was leaving More tea bags in the room would of been useful I know they weee available in reception but as I was a lone traveller only 2 teabags were in the room

Nice large rooms, exceptionally clean. Big Television but placed in a strange way on the side of the bed. beware no air condition. Big Supermarket and petrol station near by , but they have a good , inexpensive restaurant on site.

Booked in for 2 nights from Saturday 16 to Monday 18 March. Came up for a 70th Birthday party and enjoyed the weekend away. This hotel is ideally situated with ample parking. The reception staff are very welcoming and chatty, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are super snuggly. Breakfast is served at the Paul Pry bar/restaurant across the car park and is great value, I recommend adding to your booking as it's cooked to perfection. When I next return to Peterborough, I will have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again. Thanks for making our weekend so pleasurable and keep up the excellent work.
