호텔 99 - SS2 후기

늘 그렇듯 SS2에는 마땅한 숙소가 없어서 호텔99를 포함한 모든 호텔/여관/모텔이 엉망입니다. 그나마 엘리베이터가 있는 곳은 여기뿐이네요. 어쩔 수 없이 또 호텔99를 선택했습니다. 방은 아주 작고 어둡고 조명도 거의 없습니다. 욕실에는 레인샤워기만 달려있네요. 정말 답답합니다. 그냥 눈 감고 하룻밤 묵곤 합니다. 게다가 체크인을 했더라도 택배 수령을 대행해주지 않아서 정말 짜증납니다.

청결 상태는 개선될 필요가 있습니다. 방에서 희미하게 담배 냄새가 났고, 먼지도 꽤 많았습니다.

가격 대비 괜찮은 객실이었고, 샴푸와 칫솔도 제공되었습니다. 점심과 저녁 피크 시간에는 공영 주차장을 찾기가 조금 어려울 수 있습니다. 이 호텔은 주변에 레스토랑, 약국, 빵집, 마사지 숍 등이 많아 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 매일 아침 시장도 호텔 바로 앞에 열립니다. 위치 때문에 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

이 호텔에 두 번째 묵었습니다. 가고 싶은 곳으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있는 전략적 위치 때문에 다시 이 호텔에 머물 것입니다. 호텔 직원도 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 다른 사람들에게도 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶습니다.

이상적인 위치에 있어 식사하기 편리하고, 객실이 깨끗하고 편안해서 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

에어컨이 그렇게 춥지 않은 것을 제외하면 다 좋습니다. 그 부분은 조금 개선해야 할 듯합니다.

모든 것이 좋습니다. 주변에 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있고, 도심에 있어서 아주 좋습니다. 아주 좋습니다!

the location of the hotel is awesome. sits right in front of ss2 famous market for durians. also its near many MTG card shops.

I would like to file a complaint about an evening staff member. I arrived at around 9pm, and the staff member (a slightly overweight man) showed a very poor attitude. We had already called earlier to inform that we would check in late and requested to stay in the same room for two nights. However, he responded impatiently, saying it wasn’t him who answered the call and that he couldn’t help. I understand system limitations, but there was no need for him to raise his voice and sound confrontational. His behavior was unprofessional.

Good value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay and I would consider staying again

Met by a receptionist who frowned at you despite a thousand smiles fr us. What a way to greet guest esp she is in the hospitality business. First room given was dirty and had lizards' droppings. Went to reception, without hesitation, she changed. These people knew and as guests if you just accepted it, it’s a gain to them. When their cleaning staff handed the new room key to us, he gave us a very mean look as to warn you not to find trouble which obviously highlighted their shortcomings. These people knew their rooms are not up to standard. The new room given had even more lizards' droppings. I had to wash the bathroom. The bedsheets had stains. The towels had holes. Ask if can give extra pillows the night staff gave a mean look and demanded RM5 per pillow. Daylight robbery. This cost was not even disclosed when we booked. No tissue papers and toilet rolls was not new but leftover with 1/4. We will never stay there again. All 5 staff we interacted none were friendly. They all gave u a mean look. Despite reaching out to the customer service, all we got was a generic replied. Probably the same staff replied. Please avoid at all cost. A hotel that has all the staff that are hostile and rude is not worth staying. We felt threatened and unsafe.

There are blood stains on the bed sheet. The location is excellent. Car parking on the streets is a headache. They should have some parking for hotel gueasts

I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free. On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.
