Nautilus Family Hotel

I spent an evening here, unfortunately arriving at8:00pm. So the room was spacious by Italian Sizes , the shower pressure a bit pathetic, views great, Pity about the late arrival. The restaurant was very good, food and service great. I would like to visit again in summer.

The Nautilus is a lovely hotel,in a great location with wonderfuf staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast and breakfast team were fabulous and we walked to so many places in the Centro Historico. Loved this place!

We expected what we found, we are not in this location for the first time, basically we are very satisfied with everything, you could improve a few details, you probably know about them yourself, that's why I don't have to name them 🙂

We had another lovely stay at the Nautilus in July. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy Italy by the beach. Everyday stresses and strains are replaced by pleasant decisions about which of the 30+ buffet dishes to go for or whether Acqua Gym beats more time under the umbrella. The cuisine is outstanding - an opportunity every day for a health kick - but with enough temptations to make it feel you're still on holiday. The staff are also excellent - all contributing to make the place feel relaxed, friendly and easy-going. We'd like to thank the tireless Daniel and his team handling Activities (Jade, Alessia, Bianca, Linda, Giorgia), as well as Debora on reception and Anna-Marie in NAU. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

This hotel is the perfect place to go on holidays with children. Rooms and the hotel areas are all very clean. It features a nice swimming pool and it is immediately connected to the beach, where you have a sun bed and chairs for all the stay. The breakfast is excellent, an exquisite variety of cakes and bakery pastries. There is also a corner with salumi, cheese, eggs etc. Food at lunch and dinner is very good and tasty (congrats to the chef), the service is fast and the all staff is extremely friendly, always smiling and they are really fine in been surrounded by kids. There are games available for guests, a room for the toddlers to play another for young children where the mini club takes place and a teen room with ping pong table and football table. The mini club is fantastic, lot of activities, very engaging, with good evening entertainment but not too loud (well done to Daniel, he is very passionate about the job and also very patient!). Eugenio the barman is fantastic… his cocktails are super! The room was very clean, spacious, with bottle warmer and a safety bar for our child. The restaurant has an area where moms can make their food for those child who are in between food and milk. For them Hipp products are available. There are also microwave available too. The hotel is barrier free, so also people with disability can stay there and enjoy everything, including going to the beach. It is also plastic free, which is really nice to see and guest can use the water distributor available in the hall for drinking still and sparkling water for free. If you wish you can also use the bikes available for going around. The center is 10-15 mins walking distance. We hope to come back!

We stay for one week at Nautilus Family Hotel in July 23. We even didn't expect such high level of service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean, located at the first beach line. The rooms are clean, modern trendy furniture and nice view on the sea. I liked that we have sun beds and sun umbrella reserved for us for whole period, we were able to come late on the beach and do not have troubles to find the place. Animation program includes yoga class everyday, we enjoyed it a lot! SUP and canoe rent on the beach was not expensive at all, €5 per hour, we took SUPs several times. And big thanks for the restaurant offers. Really restaurant's level a la Carte menu for lunches and dinners; supplemented with salads and drinks self-service with really good house wine by the way. Moreover, as my daughter prefers chicken, she got specially prepared chicken meals, even if it wasn't in menu that day, but I enjoyed shellfish and fish menu every day. Without thus the hotel is very good located, 15 min by walk till the city centre and old town with shopping area, 25 min walk till train station. One day we took the train via Bologna and visited beautiful Florence, also Venice is not far away, you can manage in one day to visit one if these cities. And when we came late from these short trips to the hotel, the nice choice of the cold meal and wine were waiting for us in the room, as a room-service. We will be back to Nautilus Family Hotel in Pesaro for sure. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you so much Sandra

this hotel is absolutely wonderful, from the reception to the posture and attitude of all the employees, the care and animation of the children by Daniel and Georgina is amazing and cared for. the part of the bar by Ema who is friendly and polite the table service by Eugenio and Rafaelle who are attentive and helpful, what we liked the most was the personal service and we would like to return.

The property was very convenient to so many things. Only problem was walking up the stairs. The breakfast was very good Staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all I would stay there again if I go back to florence

Perfectly located on the beach, not far from the town center, yet in a very quiet surrounding. The hotel is immaculately clean, rooms daily serviced by maids with all the towels/linens changed. Nice sea view, gorgeous bathroom, tastefully decorated room. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is varied but maybe a little bit repeated everyday. My reccomendations are only to stock the minibar everyday, not only on request. The only downside for me was the hard mattress of the bed and too soft pillows, but this is very individual, so I could not fault the hotel about this.
