First off I'd like to say all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean, and we had a great view from the room. Unfortunately the hotel is nothing like the photos online, the whole Hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. We had 4 boxes of materials dumped in our room that looked like the art had fallen off the walls. The shower had a makeshift repair and had silicone all over. The wooden outdoor seating had paint flaking that stuck to your body. The seating and cushions were badly cracked and ripped. I would say this is a 2 star Hotel in it's current state and not definitely not 4 stars.

Museum Hotel Alexander, located on the beach, is an unique hotel filled with modern art. Each room is painted by an Italian artist. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nowhere in Italy we had such a good breakfast. An experience not to forget!!

A problematical holiday courtesy of KLM failing to deliver our luggage for the entirety of our holiday, but the staff couldn't have been more friendly or sympathetic. Ours was a twin room with a balcony overlooking the sea, with very effective air conditioning. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but perfectly adequate, with a strong shower. The beds were extremely comfortable; I suffer from insomnia, but slept the best I have in a very long time. The only noise pollution was external, and beyond the hotel's control; namely beach volleyball competitions next door not finishing until after midnight certain nights. We are always late to bed, but this might be problematic for those seeking an early night. We didn't dine at the hotel, as we were visiting family in Pesaro, but did take breakfast. It was typically Italian which is fair enough as I suspect we were the only Brits staying, so the only hot food was scrambled eggs. However, there were plenty of cold meats, chilled frittata, breads, fruit and cakes etc. Certainly there was plenty to set us up for the day. If anything ran out, we only had to ask, and it was replenished in minutes (including the scrambled eggs). The lady who worked at breakfast time really worked very hard indeed, and extra coffee could be ordered at the bar without fuss. Our only tiny complaint was the insistence of use of disposable gloves by guests at the breakfast buffet. All Covid restrictions in Italy had ended (except - stangely - masks on buses/trains when ironically they're not required on aircraft). This seemed to us unnecessary, but of course others may take a different view. The cleaning ladies did a splendid job; our room was spotless every day, as were all the public areas. Yes, the preoccupation with art is a bit quirky, but nevertheless we very much enjoyed our stay. We told the staff that we would happily return the next time we visit our family in Pesaro.

Solo 1 notte per lavoro. Ho apprezzato la posizione vista mare , la gentilezza del personale e il prezzo. Da migliorare le camere : forse bisogna tinteggiare e sistemare qualche dettaglio tipo tende , persiane ecc. La colazione secondo me è da migliorare per qualità dei prodotti ( brioches sono surgelate e riscaldate ) , salato così così . Comunque nel complesso mi sono trovato bene

Albergo gradevole, stanza vista mare anche se la prenotazione era per una stanza che non la prevedeva. Forse poco insonorizzate e scarico del bagno rumoroso e a volte poco efficente. Colazione con ottime torte. Nel complesso un buon albergo vista la media delle strutture lungo mare. La stanza era pulita in generale, ma servirebbe un po' più attenzione nelle parti non a vista, tipo la cornice dietro al letto molto polverosa.

Alexander: che hotel meraviglioso e davvero speciale! Il proprietario è un noto artista italiano e questo si riflette nell'hotel. Soggiornerete in un museo d'arte moderna, le stanze sono state dipinte da diversi artisti e ovunque ci sono opere d'arte del proprietario e di altri artisti. L'estetica artistica predomina in perfetta armonia! E poi il ricco tavolo della colazione, mai vista una cosa simile in un albergo. È evidente che lo chef si diverte a preparare dolci: almeno quattro tipi ogni mattina, oltre a una serie di prelibatezze salate. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile, ti senti come se fossi in famiglia. Uno svantaggio: una volta arrivato all'Hotel Alexander, non vorrai più andartene!
