퀘스트 스카르보로그(Quest Scarborough)

Ideal for my husband competing in a surf ski race ending on the beach. Walk to beach was a stone throw away. Staff were very accommodating. I had a bad back and dropped the bags off early as I was checking in later while my husband was racing. When I checked in they sent my bags directly to my room so I could just go straight to the beach for the finish. There is a small balcony .. however, dead plants in the planters made it a little shabby, might have been better not to have anything there ... The main reason I didn't give full score was, I gather due to making the place compact, as it had a full kitchen, but a lot of things were stored quite high, including the microwave. Microwave wasn't working properly, the timing did not show. As there was no stool, was unable to reach items in higher shelves. However, we even had a washing machine and drier in the bathroom in a corner. Another suggestion would be to have a light there so you can see the settings (sorry eye sight not the best, but it was a darkcorner) We had a fire alarm - late enough to be in pyjamas but not totally retired. Was not a drill. No one knew what to do. People from other rooms came downstairs, and hovered around the entrance, which, if a serious fire was happening, it would be dangerous. Some people went back up, but we had no official word so we hung around a bit more before realizing we could return So minor *******, but overall, it was a great stay and we had a lot of amenities.

Curtains need replacing - had holes and not able to sleep in - not dark enough Room was very tired and 80s vibe - bed and pillows sub standard - not comfortable - at least invest in some good pillows - no tissues - had to do own dishes - 1 x milk sachet - not a great experience for our special occasion wedding anniversary

The road noise from West Coast Highway made it impossible to sleep in apartment 30. You need to invest in some double glazing.

Room is immaculate, the checkin and checkout service excellent. Facility's very impressive for the cost/night. My annoyance was having late checkout, yet someone was knocking continuously on my door before my confirmed checkout time. I had to get out of my "relaxing bath' and open the door!!

Very comfortable only disappointed in supply of tea and coffee only 2 small milk not really enough for one cup let alone two! After hours manager couldn’t have been more accommodating excellent customer service! Overall very happy!😊🙏

It was a short stay and didn't suit. The car park is great but I was across the road. Had a problem with the cable tv but no one came to assist even though they said they would. Given the choice again I wouldn't use this Quest . too expensive for what it is

A nice spot to stay in Perth/Scarborough. Patty the sound of the street makes you awake early in the morning. Beter glasses in the windwos can solve that.

We have just had a week at Scarborough Quest in one of the self contained units. As a whole, our stay was good, but there were a few wrinkles to begin with (Had called at least a week prior to arrival to confirm single beds were required, and had 2 more calls from quest to confirm this only to arrive to a king bed; safe had flat battery and for the particular staff member at front desk, it seemed it was an inconvenience to her) and there was an issue with housekeeping leaving our door open while we were out for day, HOWEVER other staff (esp AJ) were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy, resources were clean and had what we needed. I have rebooked to return next year
