Newark Airport (EWR) is about 60 minutes away using public transit. Near major highways like Garden State Parkway, Interstate 287, 440, NJ Turnpike. Staten Island is only 15 minutes away by car. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind anywhere on the property -- rules are strictly enforced. This listing does not include parking. The apartment does not have a driveway or any parking. Parking can be found on the streets and you do not need a permit to park. But, you must follow the directions on the street signs and find a legal place to park. You may not find a spot directly in front of the house and you may need to drive around the neighborhood to find a spot.
