Staff running the property keep it very clean. Location is quiet, but hard to find. Exterior of building well-maintained and appears have been recently painted. Breakfast could be improved. I was late for arrival due to accident on route 75 but staff was very accommodating.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Convenient location. Traveling back home from Florida and needed to rest, We arrived around 11 pm and couldnt get anyone to the window for about 5 minutes (pressed doorbell multiple times) and ended up having to ring the phone. My guess is the attendant was sleeping and just couldnt hear us.

We stay here every January for business! Its quiet, safe, and convenient!!

The room was very clean and it good shape. I was just there for a 1 night trip but would definitely stay again. The microwave and refridgerator were not plugged in when I arrived. Microwave is no biggie but I had to wait to put a few things in in fridge.

Always such a great place to stay. One of the truly well run motels I've stayed at. Great owners keep the property spotless and well maintained. I couldn't even find a place with a scuff mark. We are happy to give our 5 star review.

It was nice property to stay at while going to the Perry Fair. Not super special but it was nice. Basic breakfast, not hot. Grab and go type breakfast. One thing I didn’t like, the beds are extremely hard. Felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Hurt my back for days.

Front desk person was not very friendly at all. Requested a room on first floor due to mobility issues. Was given a second floor room and asked to switch rooms immediately. He switched the room but was not pleased about it. Arrived in the room and found microwave and refrigerator unplugged. Bathroom had hair on commode top and on tank. Turned television on and received message that cable was not connected. Called front desk to inform of the problem and ask for assistance. He said something about not controlling the TV and hung up without saying goodbye or offering assistance. Called back and requested for him to come to the room for assistance. He just hung up again. He finally came to the room and found that it wasn’t even connected which he connected and fixed the problem. How would I have known that was the problem? The bed was like sleeping on a wooden bench. The pillows weren’t even soft. We stayed here several years ago and was pleased with the say which is why we returned again. This was a very disappointing stay and we won’t return again.

Everything was good with the exception of soap, and face towels, very poor quality.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was quiet and close to shopping center. I will be back to stay.
